“Amazing quality and beautifully crafted. Love the addition of silver polishing cloths. But wish that it came in a more luxurious packaging and now a plain brown box as the packing needs to match the quality of the products. Luxurious, elegant and timeless. I’d rather pay a little more and have the packaging reflect the quality and elegance of the product.”

“Beautiful jewellery which family and friends I’ve gifted to love; not to mention the cheeky few bits I’ve bought for myself! 😉 and on top of all that they offer excellent customer service. If only other online companies were half as good as Hersey. They always answer the phone and you can speak to a real person not an automated chat bot and if you need something urgently they pull out all the stops to help. Can’t recommend them highly enough..”

“I ordered a silver napkin hook for my husband, engraved with his initials. It arrived beautifully packaged and in time for Christmas. He was absolutely delighted with his gift - he has a lot of dinners with friends at various clubs and organisations he belongs to, and his shirts do suffer! He's looking forward to using his very classy, hallmarked napkin ring in the New Year!”

“Amazing service I had to order another necklace as the 1st 1 was too short my mistake they managed to get to me before Christmas and the jewellery is fantastic quality I will be interested to see when I send the 1st one back if the refund will be as speedy but so far wonderful”
