“I am pleased to say that my order was done quickly and then added to at a later date.The young lady on the phone(Tracy) wasn verypoleasant and helped me with the extra order I added at a leter date. Nothing was to much trouble and promptly and posted with in 24 hrs. Well done to you all.”

“I was very pleased with the St Christopher's pendant I recieved which is a gift for my boyfriend. I'm yet to give it to him but I hope he will like it! Before I made the order, I had emailed the customer service team to ask about what the engraving would look like on the item and they came back very promptly with a mock up which helped me decide the final piece. After that, the delivery was very speedy and it arrived well wrapped with a nice silver cloth to keep it shiny. I would definitely purchase from here again.”

“I was searching, scrolling, for a small solid silver heart pendant when I came across Hersey. I was attracted by the family story and that they are fairly local. I found the perfect sized (for me) small heart complete with a chain. Ordering was easy and Delivery was very prompt. I love it and I haven't taken it off since.”
