I ordered flowers for my daughter's name's day, which was today 9/12, but the flowers were not delivered and I am also very disappointed that the surprise did not arrive! In this case, there should be some compensation for an incorrectly executed order. The site is very misleading and it doesn't give me full information!

Very prompt service. Disappointing flowers that did not look like the picture and only lasted a few days. Some were nice but not £50 worth! I did complain as soon as they were delivered but although my comments were responded to very quickly and politely, no change was made to the flowers since the manager deemed them satisfactory. A voucher for money off another order does not really make up for the disappointment since I am reluctant to order again. The recipient, who never usually complains, said that the £10 roses from her local supermarket were fresher and lasted longer. How disappointing.

Very disappointed with my flowers to mother-in-law. I would have spent a bit more had I known they would be so disappointing and squished. I would have preferred a refund and spend more money on something better quality.

-Your website is too intrusive and forces you to open an account when you do not want to. -Your chat service was non-responsive. -The voucher I was sent on 10th October has no expiry date on it and yet when I tried to use it I am informed it has expired. I hope the flowers I have just sent were as nice as the ones I received which is the only reason I persevered with your ordering system. Not a great experience

Regrettably my experience was not Haute. Flowers arrived wilted hugely embarrassing to me as a hostess gift. Hostess had thrown out five roses as droopy and my email about ooor quality remains unanswered. Delivery was also an issue as seconds after order was placed, I tried to take advantage of promised next day but by the time chat answered they insisted delivery was then same day. So disappointed.

I ordered flowers on Thursday22nd September 1pm. Had confirmation of order & detailed order. Royal mail message to say parcel ( flowers) had been recieved from Prestige gifting & would be delivered friday 23rd between 8-53am & 12-53pm. Following day friday 23rd had message from Royal mail confirming parcel (flowers ) were on their way. Same day yet another email from Royal mail saying sorry parcel had to be rerouted, but was on it's way. Sent email to Haute florist to find out what was going on & received message back with automated response for possibility of delay. Another email from prestige gifting saying they use 3rd party courier who organise there own round deliveries & have no control over it. No flowers arrived that day . On Saturday 24th 2 messages saying they would be delivered that morning. They were, but I ordered the large pink bouquet, & Autumn one was sent, which didn't seem to have anymore flowers in than the medium one in the photo. Some were turning brown, which is to be expected the time they were boxed up. Disappointed in the courier service, & the stress it caused both families waiting in all day. For that reason I only give a low score.

Haute florist used to be good ! Good value flowers for good prices. However recently the flowers have not been great and they don’t give you a big bunch like before even when you order “large” disappointed.

The quality of the blooms I received in a bouquet of double lilies was very good, the number of stems in the bunch did not nearly compare to the photograph on the website Despite pointing this out to the supplier I they were reticent to admit it

Disappointing. I have used Haute Florist previously and have always been really pleased with the service and flowers. This time, however, I paid for next day delivery but the florist used Royal Mail, who had a publicised strike next day, as the courier. The flowers were not therefore delivered next day and were not as fresh as they should have been having been sat in the Royal Mail depot for 24 hours. I did call to complain and was offered a refund on the delivery charge, nothing more. Very disappointing. I cannot understand why Haute used Royal Mail for a next day delivery knowing there was a next day strike.

Flowers died within 4 days. Delivered on 23rd August and by the 27th August they were dead or dying. Sent a photo to the company (Prestige Gifts Ltd) to be told that as I didn't let them know within 3 days a refund was not possible. Presumably they are used to flowers dying within 3 days? They offered me a £15 voucher for a future purchase with their company. Why would I use them again if their flowers can't even last 4 days

The flowers I ordered were for a birthday gift and they was nearly dead when they got here, not exactly what someone wants to receive as a gift.

Had some flowers from my daughter but they were not in good condition the carnations were brown and roses were drooping, even after trimming and having a drink still not good, I did email haute as I didn't want to tell my daughter, but as it was after 3 days they would not do anything

Flowers arrived day after selected date for them to arrive so missed my nans birthday. Nan said the flowers didn't look too great on arrival.

I’’m disappointed by the size of the bouquet, to be honest. I had opted for a the next size up, but from the picture my friend sent, it looked like the ‘standard’ one. The flowers were good quality but there wasn’t the mix shown in the picture on your website, with an over-dominance of Calla lilies. Was a shame as this was a welcome home bouquet for someone coming out of hospital. For the price £45.50 plus the cost of delivery I don’t think I got the value I thought I would.

the flowers are cute the first day it arrived. I am not sure if its because of the weather or not that night we've immediately followed the instructions on setting it in the vase. It went so bad with dull color. I would like to have an explanation on this as my friend also ordered another bouquet from another shop , it went pretty well with fresh color

The flowers are good but they promised next day delivery but this didn't happen. They should have been delivered on a Sunday but instead came on the Monday looking a little tired.
