-Your website is too intrusive and forces you to open an account when you do not want to.
-Your chat service was non-responsive.
-The voucher I was sent on 10th October has no expiry date on it and yet when I tried to use it I am informed it has expired.
I hope the flowers I have just sent were as nice as the ones I received which is the only reason I persevered with your ordering system. Not a great experience
