Beautiful flowers but awful ordering process! It’s good until you get to the payment details, where it becomes the most confusing, unclear and unhelpful ordering process I have ever encountered. It was very unclear as to where I put my card details (it’s actually after clicking some links to pay now) rather than it being an intuitive process. I think I may have accidentally ordered at least twice because it’s so unclear as the payment details are separated as well as coming too late in the process after the point where you would expect it to be. And it took me so long and several tries that my delivery day switched from the 8th to the 9th which is a day too late. But there’s nothing I can do. Just awful process, completely messed up and in all the wrong places. They clearly didn’t have a user specialist look at it. Wouldn’t recommend now purely based on the terrible and confusing payment details in the order form. It needs fixing for sure!

This website is a con! Pictures on website to what actually arrives are COMPLETELY different. A third of the size shown of their website. Emailed to complain and NEVER heard back!!

Biggest waste of money, do not use. I wish I had read the reviews first, or realised they were part of prestige flowers as I had previous issues with them sending dead flowers. I paid for a large bouquet for my nans birthday, I never received any kind of despatch notice or tracking number and in the end I had to go onto live chat to confirm they were still being delivered. The flowers arrived without a card or note so thankfully I had already called to say they should be being delivered so they knew who they were for. All the flowers were substituted so was nothing like what I ordered! And half of the flowers were seriously damaged or dying. Then to top it off, it had exactly the same stem amount in as the medium bouquet advertised on their site. The listing clearly stated a medium bouquet was pictured, I ordered the large yet what turned up wasn’t even worth a small. I honestly would have been better off going to a supermarket, for a third of the price. I complained and sent pictures, they responded 4 days later asking for more photos - even though the photos I had sent were clear enough. The bouquet was dead after 4 days so not sure how they expected any more photos, perhaps that’s how they get out of any issues because they know they will be dead so you can’t provide further proof! And what a shock, haute don’t see a problem yet offered a £15 discount off my next purchase - why would I want to purchase again?! The quality and whole service was abysmal, avoid.

Please avoid this company! Worst service ever! Ordered flowers for Valentine day and they never delived them. Sent me an email explaining that Royal Mail failed to deliver flowers and ask if I want the refund. I have said yes please sent me the refund but never received it (almost 3 months). Have sent several emails but no response. £60 out of the pocket. Please read reviews on Trustpilot to see I am not the only one who not lucky with them.

Dreadful never use again and i have used before and recommended because the flowers were nice. However once again despite ordering over a week before they failed to deliver on the specified date. It is an anniversary of my friends husbands death. I knew she was going away on the next day. I emailed the day before to check everything on target. I got referred to a tracking link that didn't activate till they moved. Your companies decision to use Royal Mail may be cost effective but it is rubbish for flowers. Courier companies deliver right into the eveningRNM dont the flowers were not dispatched till 7pm on the 28th when delivery was to be 29th by Royal Mail. Same happened last year but I gave the benefit of doubt due to covid. I emailed customer service which was not helpful. When I said I would never use again she offered £10 Off my next order. I responded saying it was an insulting offer as I was not using again. She came back to say well I can only give you £15 off max. I was not looking for money off confidence in delivery is more important to me. I will go back to M&S or next who always managed to deliver on time. Very disappointed 😞

Appalling service and communication. Flowers ordered for my very ill mothers birthday did not arrive. I have spent hours trying to get issue sorted, and still not resolved. Still hoping that I may receive some adequate compensation and acknowledgement of the distress this caused.

The flowers for my sister in law birthday have not arrived was due yesterday! I have sent three emails and revived no response and there is no number to call on! It looks like I’ve missed her birthday so not happy at all.

Ordered flowers for my gran after losing her brother. They arrived and lasted 2 days before they wilted and had to be disposed of. She called me to tell me what happened. I contacted the company and asked for them to resend fresh flowers and was told that wasn’t possible. They could only offer a £15 gift voucher. There was no way I was spending another penny on flowers that weren’t fresh to only last such a short time. They expected my elderly grandmother to have taken photos to send them. Clearly I live in another country or is have went to a shop and bought them so I wasn’t there to take photos either. Peoples circumstances are different and this should be considered when I wasn’t asking for a refund but just for fresh flowers to be resent. I won’t use this company again. Disappointing. Review. Shocking!

Ordered a spring bouquet which was delivered two days later than agreed and in very poor quality. Offered a replacement which was delivered yesterday, 25 April 2022, which was equally poor. The flowers were almost dying and were not fresh at all. Haute Florist tell me that there is nothing wrong with them. I will not be using this company again. Very poor customer support.

Absolutely terrible flowers. They were almost all dead or broken. Didn’t look anything like the picture. I have e-mailed twice with no response. Didn’t want to upset the sender by telling them.

I order flowers for a 70th birthday on the 20th April to be delivered on the Saturday the 23rd. The flowers were not delivered, I had no communication to say the flowers could not be delivered on the agreed day, no apology and no one from the company offered any resolution or compensation, instead it was deemed acceptable that the flowers could be delivered 2 days later, 2 days without water, 2 days stored in an unrefrigerated room. Needless to say the flowers arrived and described by my friend as 'tired'. When I contacted Haute Florists they initially offered me £15 off any subsequent order, this was increased to £20 when I said this offer was not acceptable as I had paid £60 for the flowers. I understand that mistakes happen, however it is the actions taken by a company to resolve any customer disputes that ultimately decides on what review can be left . I order flowers to be delivered on a certain day. This did not happen. When the flowers arrived they were not in good condition. I will not use this company again and risk wasting my money again.

Ordered two arrangements for an extra special occasion, many dead flowers or at least 50% wilting - didn't last long obviously. Not worth the money, not like the photo either. Haute or Prestige Gifting as they're known, agreed to send another set to rectify. These were worse and a total waste of my time, waiting in, and effort. They had the audacity to suggest sending me another batch - why would you send dead flowers in the post, they must have been in poor condition before they were even sent. Total sham. I shared this experience with all my family and friends - we won't be using EVER again!

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and during the ordering process it stated that the flowers will arrive on the 9th April on her birthday. I also ordered a ceramic jug to go with flowers. The flowers did not arrive till the 21st of April and the roses were wilted and half dead and there’s was a crack in the ceramic jug which I paid extra for. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never order from haute florist again

Was extremely disappointed to order a bouquet for a special occasion gift that turned up with the flowers way past their best and brown curled edges. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture and they smelt bad as the water was stale and green. Haute replaced them the next day with an acceptable bouquet, but it meant the recipient didn’t have the flowers on her special day and she has the embarrassment of having to tell me they were bad and I was embarrassed that she received such an awful bouquet from me and had the hassle of having to email and send photos etc to sort it out. Impossible to speak to someone on the telephone and despite a request nobody phoned me.
