Very disappointing.. the flowers were wilted and after a couple of days needed throwing away! I sent an email inc pics but received nothing but an auto reply saying they would respond, but after a week still no reply. These were for my inlaws 60th wedding anniversary.. really poor service all round. I recommend you give them a wide birth and go elsewhere.

They only upload the pics from good reviews. If you upload pics when complaining they don’t show them.

I would not use Haute Flowers again. My delivery did not arrive when expected and I had not reply from them to tell me why. Total lack of customer service. :-(

We’ve just put our flowers in the bin as they aren’t lasting very long just days rather than weeks. For what you pay you’d expect them to last a bit longer. The Roses we got the last time didn’t even open so won’t be buying anything else again from Haute.

my son ordered me flowers for mother's day they did not arrive till mo day this week and by today I'm having to throw half of them away as they either never flowered or they are dead I've had flowers from here before and they have been lovely but sorry not this time

Please avoid this florist at all costs. I’ve never been more disappointed at a bouquet of flowers in my life. I paid extra for a large bunch and received about 3 flowers. Please do not waste your money. I’ve genuinely had far superior flowers from Tesco and Marks & Spencer. Absolute rip off here and the quality of flowers was appalling. I’ve included a photo of how they advertise a medium sized bouquet, and the laughable “large” bouquet I paid extra for.

Awful service! Arrived late and were dead within 2 days. Could get a nicer bunch in Tesco for a fraction of the price. Customer service is also terrible and have not offered me any discount / money back. Do not purchase from here!!!

Very disappointing experience. Flowers were not as shown on website, badly arranged and far fewer blooms supplied. Worse was the attitude of customer service who agreed images were misleading on website and should be clearer but still refused a full refund unless I returned the flowers which is frankly ridiculous as they were a gift. The fact that the flowers are normally received by someone that hasn't paid for them, obviously reduces the number of complaints these companies receive due to people's good manners and not wanting to upset the sender. The amount of bad reviews here is obviously the tip of the iceberg.

I chose Haute as they gave the option for flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day. I then received an email from another company, saying to choose another bouquet as they couldn’t deliver the one I wanted on that day because they were busy with Mothers Day(why the bouquet makes a difference to the delivery date I don’t know) I spoke with someone and agreed to keep the same bouquet if they could deliver on the next day as stated in the email. I then received an email saying they wouldn’t be delivered until the day after that! I got a photo of the delivered flowers and they look withered. I have sent an email and haven’t heard back yet. Won’t be using Haute again, can’t be trusted to deliver when they say they will and then the flowers that are eventually send are very sad looking. Not worth the money.

Please read trust pilot reviews before ordering flowers with Haute Florist. Horrendous reviews with delivery on wrong days and wilted flowers or no delivery at all. I ordered flowers 2 weeks ago for my mother for a specific day. They were ordered 2 weeks in advance as it was the anniversary of my dads passing and it was to cheer my mum up. They did not arrive and after getting an automated reply from customer service they said they would contact me, but of course they did not. I contacted them again and said the reason was because it was NI…I only found out the next day when they eventually arrived their delivery is by Royal Mail. The reason they hadn’t been delivered was because it was a bank holiday and Royal Mail don’t deliver on bank holidays!!! This company didn’t have the wit about them to even realise this. Forward 2 weeks and unknown to my daughter the hassle I had with them she sent me a bouquet of flowers on Mother’s Day!! Surprise surprise, they didn’t arrive because it was a Sunday and Royal Mail don’t deliver on a Sunday. They took my daughters money knowing they were for Mother’s Day and of course they were never going to arrive on Mother’s Day. When they did they were an embarrassment, broken stems and wilted leaves, plenty more online florists who can deliver on the proper day and with healthy flowers….do not use Haute unless you want to be disappointed!!

I have ordered a SPRING HARMONY bouquet and I felt insulted when I received it; The bouquet looked beautiful on the website, the real thing received looked minuscule. On the advertised picture you can clearly see 13 tulips but only 4 were in my bouquet, adding insult to injury the Gypsophila within the tiny ludicrous bouquet was faded. I have contacted them as you should do but, even with evidence in hand (pictures attached) they disagreed with you. THIS IS THEFT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS RUBBISH COMPANY, GO TO YOUR LOCAL FLORIST.

Appalling. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, ordered Mother’s Day flowers, been sent the wrong flowers ordered Lily’s and they’ve sent roses that look absolutely dead. Not what I paid for, and when contacting they are point blank ignoring my emails & not responding back. I’ve used loads of different florists before and I’ve never been so disappointed. Never ordering from here again.

Flowers were beyond dire - a fraction of the size of the bouquet shown on the photos on listing, many leaves falling off, some flowers advertised not present in bouquet, and most flowers not fresh and in bad condition. I paid a lot of money for this bouquet and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. This will be the last time I trust to buy flowers online. Thanks to this appalling rip-off of a service, I'll instead support local florists and purchase in person wherever possible. Big thumbs down from me.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day after my mother was recently released from hospital and thought ordering flowers for Mother’s Day would cheer her up. I ordered a week in advance However they arrived a day after Mother’s Day in pretty bad shape as you can see from the images. There are hardly any tulips compared to what you advertised and the leaves are slumped. They look cheap and nasty and never worth what I paid and is false advertising at its highest. It is more frustrating because your Facebook messenger does not work. Your phone number does not work and your webchat does not work. I could only get through to someone called Paige via email. The options Paige offered me are insulting. She offered another bouquet of flowers to be delivered or 15 credit note for your website. With this experience I fully to never shop with you again. I would like a full refund which according to my consumer rights I’m entitled to. I logged onto trust pilot to leave a review but guess what. Nearly all customers are complaining about the same thing. At what moment do you reckon the problem is with yourselves and you will only keep getting poor reviews until you invest in proper customer service and quality of product you claim to advertise. I’m still waiting on a reply and still waiting on my refund. I have also contacted citizens advice and PayPal.

Purchased a Mother’s Day bouquet for £28 and it arrived with barely any flowers and nothing like the display picture. Granted it would be exactly as pictured but the picture showed multiple flowers and the photo shows the appalling bouquet my mum received!

Ordered mother's day flowers that did not arrive. Today (day after) the tracking links shows they're not out for delivery. Haute sold flowers with a specified Sunday delivery, for Mother's Day, knowing full well they wouldn't be able to fulfil the orders. They're also deleting negative comments from their Instagram feed. Don't trust this company - go somewhere that respects their customers. I'm unable to get through to the company by phone as apparently lines are closed, live chat isn't available and I imagine it'll take days for them to reply to my email. Distinctly unimpressed.

Very poor. Incorrect item sent but messages ignored so wasn’t able to be put right. Quality of flowers average and very small bouquets. Definitely better options available elsewhere
