Absolutely terrible flowers. They were almost all dead or broken. Didn’t look anything like the picture. I have e-mailed twice with no response. Didn’t want to upset the sender by telling them.

I order flowers for a 70th birthday on the 20th April to be delivered on the Saturday the 23rd. The flowers were not delivered, I had no communication to say the flowers could not be delivered on the agreed day, no apology and no one from the company offered any resolution or compensation, instead it was deemed acceptable that the flowers could be delivered 2 days later, 2 days without water, 2 days stored in an unrefrigerated room. Needless to say the flowers arrived and described by my friend as 'tired'. When I contacted Haute Florists they initially offered me £15 off any subsequent order, this was increased to £20 when I said this offer was not acceptable as I had paid £60 for the flowers. I understand that mistakes happen, however it is the actions taken by a company to resolve any customer disputes that ultimately decides on what review can be left . I order flowers to be delivered on a certain day. This did not happen. When the flowers arrived they were not in good condition. I will not use this company again and risk wasting my money again.

Ordered two arrangements for an extra special occasion, many dead flowers or at least 50% wilting - didn't last long obviously. Not worth the money, not like the photo either. Haute or Prestige Gifting as they're known, agreed to send another set to rectify. These were worse and a total waste of my time, waiting in, and effort. They had the audacity to suggest sending me another batch - why would you send dead flowers in the post, they must have been in poor condition before they were even sent. Total sham. I shared this experience with all my family and friends - we won't be using EVER again!

I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday and during the ordering process it stated that the flowers will arrive on the 9th April on her birthday. I also ordered a ceramic jug to go with flowers. The flowers did not arrive till the 21st of April and the roses were wilted and half dead and there’s was a crack in the ceramic jug which I paid extra for. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will never order from haute florist again

Was extremely disappointed to order a bouquet for a special occasion gift that turned up with the flowers way past their best and brown curled edges. The bouquet looked nothing like the picture and they smelt bad as the water was stale and green. Haute replaced them the next day with an acceptable bouquet, but it meant the recipient didn’t have the flowers on her special day and she has the embarrassment of having to tell me they were bad and I was embarrassed that she received such an awful bouquet from me and had the hassle of having to email and send photos etc to sort it out. Impossible to speak to someone on the telephone and despite a request nobody phoned me.

Flowers ordered for my Sisters Birthday were delivered to the wrong address. (miles away for no reason - address was correct on the order) When finally arrived 3 days late flowers were mostly dead and droopy ( having been out of water fir 4 days) Furious, disappointed, will never use again 😤😡🥲

We received plant from relatives for Easter Sunday. They would be very upset if they k new the extremely poor condition (mostly dead )they arrived in.We would therefore not wish to take the complaint any further but feel that Haute Florist would need to be aware how there goods are being sent to recipients.

I ordered a hat box flower arrangement and what arrived was nothing like the picture, the Hat box didn't say Haute and there wasn't 25 pink roses as stated in the description just lots of twigs. I ordered the flowers through Haute website and paid £90 but on Prestige website the flowers were £10 cheaper but as i have ordered flowers from Haute before i thought i would get a better product but in fact Prestige sent the flowers anyway and they were very disappointing. After complaining and sending numerous emails i was told i would receive a £10 voucher to then being told i will get nothing and the customer service person called Paige at prestige was very rude! Will never buy any flowers from Haute or Presitge again!

Very disappointed with the service from Haute Flowers. Delivered 4 days after they should have been delivered. Could not get through to them by phone, they did not answer any of the 3 emails I sent regarding this matter. Had to tweet them to get a reply. Seems there had been a glitch in their system, and they should have contacted me..but didn’t! Eventually delivered & compensated with a complimentary bunch, but will not use them again.

I bought an all pink medium bouquet- picture online stated it was a medium bouquet. My sister in law received 1/8 of what the picture showed, the flowers were not all pink and just everything was completely wrong. I have emailed to complain and not heard a word back!! TERRIBLE AND A CON

Poor customer service after complaining about the poor quality and substance of a recent delivery. Expected a replacement bunch of flowers to be sent to my mother but was offered a £10 voucher as I couldn’t provide photographic evidence. Unfortunately, my elderly mother does not use new technology! Then heard nothing back? Very disappointed but as discussed I will order from another company in future.

Flowers arrived a day late the rose already dead the rest of the bouquet were lifeless and the recipient had to throw them out 2 days after they arrived. emailed Haute 3 times no reply won't be using you again guess I should have read the reviews first.

I’ve purchased a few bouquets from Haute and always been really impressed although this time round so disappointed and having read recent reviews it suggests there’s been a change in the way this company is managed! I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mothers Day for them to not arrive! Throughout the day it was tracking to be delivered on time, right up until 8.00pm, they eventually arrived on Monday, so disappointing as the reason for arranging a delivery was due to not being able to see my Mum on the actual day. It took numerous emails through Instagram for someone to eventually reply who was extremely unhelpful offering £10 towards my next order, which is useless when you have no intention on using the company again. No explanation could be given on the reason for late delivery, when I requested the email address of the CEO I was informed such information couldn’t be shared, however within a few minutes of searching on the internet I was able to track down the email details of Simon Crowther, although don’t hold your breath on a response.The worst customer service ever experienced!

Not sure where all the good reviews come from or maybe they delete the negative ones but I WOULD NOT recommend this company. Ordered Mothers Day flowers which were delivered and looked like they had been out of water for days. All cut at various lengths, some very short which looked odd & altogether a sad looking bunch. Have emailed twice and tried to call, no acknowledgment what so ever. I have seen others have had the same problem. Disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs. Could have had nicer flowers from a high street store. Better online companies out there.
