Ordered in plenty of time for flowers to be delivered on the Saturday for my sister in laws birthday, They didn't arrive. Customer services are terrible they had said to wait to see if they are delivered on monday! But her birthday was Saturday so they aren't any use then. They offered me a £10 voucher for my next order! Do you really think I'll order from you again? So then they will offered me partial refund on the postage which was £4, you are joking right? I then asked for a a full refund and cancel the order reply came back to get a full refund I'd have to refuse the flowers on delivery. So not only do they think I never gave them anything for her birthday but now they want me to call her and tell her to refuse the flowers, I feel bad enough as it is. I've tried to change the delivery with royal mail to be sent back but it didn't give me the option

Do not use this company. I sent flowers but the courier they use, Royal Mail, keep sending me emails addressed to me as the recipient and NOT the sender. So the address is ‘inaccessible’ which is nothing I can do anything about. They should’ve supplied Royal Mail with the recipient’s address so the recipient can do something about this! I find this quite puzzling since I’ve been able to send chocolates to the same address. As flowers are perishable in this hot weather, repeated attempts at delivery could mean a deterioration in product. Also, the flowers are extortionate so you’d accept a better service. Customer service actually asked me the recipient’s address despite me giving them the order number. And the attitude of the customer service agents are they couldn’t bother to read my emails, sending me the Royal Mail tracking number which I already had as otherwise I wouldn’t know it hadn’t been delivered. And then they palmed it off on the courier saying it was third party and they couldn’t do anything about it, not caring that these are flowers and freshness is time dependent rather than an item that’s not perishable. Not value for money or ‘haute’ service. Rest assured, as a first time user I will not be using them again and will be deleting their very difficult to use app (better to use the internet version than their app)

These Haute flowers were the worse that I have ever been sent. They were either broken, brown or drooping. I contacted their customer service department who simply did not appear bothered. They offered me a £10 voucher which I declined. I simply wanted them to know how poor the flowers were. I would NOT recommend.

Disappointed. Ordered flowers, Prosecco and chocolates. Only flowers arrived for my friend’s significant birthday. Emailed Haute but no automatic response acknowledging they have received it.

You’ve failed to delivery flowers for my wife on our anniversary - I expect a full refund to my card immediately - see attached, tracking with what seems to be a picture of proof of delivery in a warehouse, and also supposedly in Mansfield, Nottingham rather than Basingstoke Please have the decency to ring me and also confirm the refund has taken place

Paid for next day delivery on Wednesday to ensure the flowers were with my daughter on her birthday at work Friday. 6pm Friday they were still 39 miles away & were delivered a further day later (Saturday) when my daughters birthday has passed & she wasn’t at the work address I had did the delivery. Disaster & no one has responded on any social media or email I have sent. Very disappointed & what a waste of £70 to be ignored .. zero customer service… will not be using again

I used this company because they stated next delivery. The Birthday flowers I ordered arrived 4 days late. They were spoilt as well as a special day. I was advised later to read their terms and conditions and was offered a voucher. A 10 pound voucher on a 65 pound order does not cut it ! Very disappointed.

Not even worthy of 1 star. Total scam. Flowers & chocs paid by me to send to a friend & they were never received. I had no notification to even show when they were being delivered and I have tried several times to contact the company without any response ! Never use them !

Ordered 24 roses for my wife for our anniversary and received within the bouquet 21 roses and three stems. Bitterly disappointed with the bouquet and poor customer service when my wife called and complained. I read a review that this company were not the cheapest but were the best quality so that is why I chose them-never again.

I thought I’d send some different flowers to my friend, who has been ill recently. They were delivered to the wrong house and the surprise was ruined. I was asked if I’d like a second bouquet sent to my friend. I agreed, and thankfully the arrived at the correct address, after continued interaction with one member of staff, who, I add was amazingly helpful. But I will never order from this supplier again.

I had used Haute successfully on several previous occasions, but for my most recent order, the courier used was Royal Mail. Mystifyingly, when the recipient was not home, Royal Mail ignored my request to leave the flowers with a neighbour and instead saw fit to keep the flowers overnight before attempting delivery the following day. Unsurprisingly, the flowers suffered and arrived in a sorry state. More disappointing still is that I reported this to Customer Services and nearly two weeks later, have still not received a reply.

I requested for the flowers to be delivered on a particular day, they arrived a day late. This caused me considerable stress & inconvenience. Not impressed… Please do not send me a voucher as compensation as I will not be using you again. Disappointed!😡
