Awful. I ordered on the 23rd for delivery on the 28th. The day came and went with no delivery. There’s no number to call so you’re at the mercy of waiting for them to answer emails. It was 48hours before I got a response by which time my friend who’s birthday i had been trying to send flowers for was no longer her at the address. It’s now been 8 days since I ordered, and 3 since they were supposed to arrive. 7 day delivery is a lie, the customer service is awful. I wouldn’t use again and would advise anyone to look elsewhere when buying flowers.

Twice they delivered 2/3 days after delivery date requested, Saturday, day before Mothers Day...didn't arrive til the following Tuesday.. First time they tried to tell me it was because address was in Scotland so takes longer....the address was in NE England. Gave me 10GBP off next order. Second time delivery date was 8th May they weren't despatched until 8th May, arriving May 10th. Epic fail. Despite giving order # no reason and no apology. Terrible customer service. Plus flowers didn't look like picture advertised due to missing items as described on website. won't be ordering again. Unreliable.

Absolutely shocking large bouquet of Peonies arrived 23rd pm for a surprise gift for my sisters birthday , 10 stems for £38 only 3 in bud rest fully opened , the other 2 pics are after 48 hours in a cool room , no response from customer service ! Shocking won’t be using again or recommending !

Do not recommend at all. The website is misleading. They do NOT use a courier service and there is NO guarantee your flowers will arrive the next day. My order (to Bristol) was meant to arrive by 3pm on Tuesday and eventually arrived at 5pm on Wednesday. somewhat the worse for wear after being in transit since the Monday. The customer service is hopeless as you cannot speak to anyone, they barely apologise and the offer of a £10 voucher is insulting as why on earth would I want to use the company EVER again? If offering next day delivery as a marketing ploy all over the website, they should offer a full refund for any delays.

Purchased flowers for a relative whose husband had passed away from Australia. The flowers I thought I ordered to be delivered were the Graceful Beauty, bouquet but what was delivered was. fraudulently advertised. Without a doubt nothing more than a Luxury scam. Unfortunately most people don’t see what the send to people cause they are of the believe it is either identical to the picture or similar not the rubbish that was delivered to my relative. The company only have a three day policy to look into issues but when you are over the other side of the world and your family in the UK are grieving and flower arrangements are not disgusted, the people ordering them are confident in their purchase in what they chose from the pictures and then you find out the real truth some days later and the company hide behind their policy and can’t do anything about it. Disgusting, disappointing and not worth a penny

Very bad experience. Not to be repeated. Flowers were in transit for 3 days and then delivered in a poor state one day late.

Nice flowers but do NOT assume your flowers will be delivered on the date of your choice .They really let me down and no apology-just an acknowledgment that they didn’t deliver on time!!

After searching for recommendations from flower delivery in Northern Ireland for a special occasion, this company appeared. Flowers ordered specifically for today and of course have not arrived. When I've emailed the response is that, hidden in their terms and conditions,deliverys to NI and Scotland take an extra day. Still searching for the T&Cs and only coming across the same mesage "Order before 10pm and have one of our fresh, artisan bouquets delivered ANYWHERE IN THE UK, on time and beautifully packaged......not true though is it!

not very impressed,as they were a birthday surprise and looked more like flowers wrapped for a funeral in black!!! asked for pink flowers and sent white not very happy considering the cost,would definitely not recommend your services to anybody

These were due to be delivered yesterday on a next day delivery service, they have not been received again today so they may be delivered either tomorrow or later which means they are at least 2 days late and as they are flowers will probably be dead by then. Wont be using this company again unfortunately.

I received a surprise bouquet from a dear friend. it arrived beautifully packaged and consisted of a good quantity of flowers - predominently roses and carnations. Sadly the flowers were far from fresh as on unpacking, removing guard petals and trimming as directed one rose shed all of it's petals just on picking it up! The remaining roses never fully opened but simply drooped, started to discolour and lost their petals within seven days of arrival and the carnations didn't fare much better. I received another bouquet on the same day from another supplier and they highlighted even more so how poor the flowers in the Haute bouquet was. I was so dissapointed for my friend that I contacted Haute directly and sent pictures to prove. It took a long time to get it sorted but they did eventually agree to replace the bouquet. The second bouquet certainly didn't have as many stems of roses in but on arrival looked lovely and so much fresher than the first. Again I followed the care instructions and was pleased to see that the roses opened fully this time but unbelievably I was soon left with only stalks as the whole heads came away from their stems in less than a week. Strangely the rose head centres were wet and discoloured as if they had rotted from the center which is something that I have never seen before. I most certainly won't be recommending or purchasing from Haute in the future

Ordered flowers on Friday for delivery for a 50th birthday on Monday. Arrived Tuesday. Complained and response simply that postage can be delayed. No apology. Not acceptable. Definitely won't use again.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered flowers 2 days before needing them delivered. I've had no confirmation of dispatch yet I received a message from royal mail to say they had received them on 9th may. Today, 10th may they should have been delivered but royal mail has now passed them on to the local delivery driver. If they are delivered tomorrow, one day late, the flowers will have been sitting around for 3 days and I cannot imagine the state they will be in. Trying to find out the position has been a nightmare. It seems the person on the chat line could not find the order at all despite being given all the details. Shocking. I most definitely will not be buying flowers from this firm again

I ordered flowers, chocolates and a card. I only received my flowers. Once I contacted them to ask for a refund they told me there was an issue due to adverse weather conditions. They delivered my flowers - It’s not even raining outside so adverse weather caused them to forget my chocolates? I’m never ordering from these jokers again. I’ll stick with Bloom & Wild.

3 days on after my delivery was suppose to arrive still not been delivered . Several emails later asking for refund still not got it either . Don’t seem to be able to actually speak to anyone . Shocking customer service

Received the flowers wrapped in black paper with a black ribbon with the company name in white letters. The receiver was very offended because the bouquet looked like a funeral bouquet even though I bought it for a birthday with a personalized birthday message. This fact was not stated anywhere throughout the ordering process. The price is good but I would avoid this company at all costs. I'm glad that others may have had a good experience with Haute Florist. However, this wasn't the case in this instance.

Really disappointed as no one has bothered contacting me regarding my flowers I bought they were awful nothing like I had ordered. After 8 days no response from customer service. I have ordered from here before and the flowers were stunning.
