“Turf condition wasn't good and the delivery was over 3 hours late”

“Although it was only a small patch, the delivery was quick, helpful and efficient. The turf was of high quality and has taken already. Impressed.”

“The turf was very good quality and was consistant across the 4 pallets. The delivery was poor however. 3rd party used and had other parcels on top of the pallets. Slight damage to a few rolls. Also only arrived at 5:30pm, meaning the turf was on the lorry for approx 10 hours. It would be better if Turfonline did deliveries themselves. Having said that, my lawn looks great and I would use Turfonline again.”

“Lets see. The turf was cut quite thin so when you started to lay the turf you had to be very careful not to break the roll.this is the second time i have ordered turf but my first order was alot better the turf roll was alot thicker.”

“Turf was delivered on time by a very friendly and helpful driver. We had 155sqm of premium turf and every roll was high quality, dense and weed free. One recommendation would be for the driver to have a contact phone number so he could ring you about 10mins before arriving. I would definitely use Turfonline again.”

“We ordered online after watching the video, help to calculate and then lay the turfs. It gave us a lot of confidence as we have never attempted it before. The turfs arrived on time and the delivery guy was great We would certainly recommend TURFONLINE.”

“Turf looked ok on top layer as soon as we got down near the bottom of all 3 pallets of turf there where rolls that was torn rough cut edges some rolls were as much as 4.5 inches shorter than other rolls Top soil to Mach same square area we'll never seen such a thin 10mm in my live more like 4 mm screed absolute joke.”
