“All good! Turf arrived exactly as the information provided had said. We were concerned what our turf would be like as the weather had turned hot-hot-hot! But I was impressed with the quality. We laid the same day as delivered (it would have struggled being left any longer due to the heat) and watered as soon as each roll had been put down. The turf is very good quality and if it doesnt grow - it'll have nothing to do with the turf but my horticulture skills!”

“Delivery was prompt and we are pleased with the product. After only a few weeks we have a display of pretty flowers. There are a few clumps of grass in there that we need to pick out but we would recommend the product overall. Was still nice and most on arrival and didn't fall apart when we were lifting it.”

“I bought the Shadesman turf for my north-facing back garden and was deeply impressed from the minute it arrived - it was in a different league to turf I've bought in the past. It was lush, thick, green all over (no yellow bits!) and every single piece was useable and obviously freshly-cut. It went down well and within one week it had knitted together well and started seeding. It's still early days (it's been three weeks now) but I am delighted with my new grass - visitors have said it's so good it looks AI generated! Who would have thought a lawn could make someone so happy?!”

“The turf was very good quality and it has taken very well despite the very hot weather when I was laying it. The delivery time was initially between 08:00 to 20:00 hrs, but the company was more than helpful in giving me a more precise time when I phoned them up on the delivery day.”

“Let down by their delivery team which I understand is outsourced - turf was ordered due for delivery on a Friday but due to issues on their delivery partner side they could no longer deliver on the day so turf was held overnight in warehouse. I called the office but it was already after hours- perhaps improvement is that delivery times or communication from delivery couriers should align with office hours in case there are delivery issues - office was not open on Saturday and delivery was made on Saturday at noon but later than told which was before 11 with no comms. Turf was revived thankfully with no issues and still in acceptable condition”

“Great quality turf at a reasonable price. When I moved in to my new house one part of the garden was devoid of grass so I ordered some turf and it instantly looked much better with new growth within a couple of weeks.”

“On this occasion I have not been impressed with the quality of the turf, it is full of bare patches, way too much grass , issue raised with company who said this is normal - they are sending extra seed - i have purchased several wildflower turf rolls from this supplier in the past without issue, but sadly not this time”

“We needed to change the delivery date and time. It was put into place in a very efficient way and the end result was very satisfactory. The quality of the turf when it arrived was in a very good condition. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy this type of turf.”
