“easy to order, delivery prompt and helpful, turf in great shape, hints/tips handbook useful... slightly confused at first about the different branding and location on websites (i was recommended to go to Turfland in Southport) but not too big a problem”

“Delivery arrived at 9.30am on Saturday allowing plenty of time to lay the turf the same day. One small issue was that the 2 pallets could have been split evenly. On the pallet with fewer turfs they had dried out more and looked completely different, in fact for a day or two we though it was completely different grass. It also made 1 pallet heavier to handle for the delivery driver. Glad to say the turf has recovered and now looks the same as the rest. Turf has been down nearly a week now and looks great.”

“Delivery on time, albeit from decrepit van badly equipped causing polite driver to struggle. Turf easily laid, but after only 48 hours it's too early to judge success, though so far so good.”

“Quality of turf was good and was delivered at the required time, the only slight issue was that the delivery driver pump truck couldn't handle the weight of the pallet. So we had to off-load turf from the pallet whilst it was still on the lorry. Would recommend.”

“I paid extra for a 8-2 delivery and delivery turns up at 3pm. I called the office at after 2pm and was told driver was in traffic. When driver arrived he said he has had a easy drive and no traffic”

“I needed extra turf to finish off my garden, I was advised I can get the same turf at the local builders merchant nearby. Once the turf was established it was clear that it was not the same. I have contacted turfonline several times and have not had any response, I now need to spend another £350 buying turf that matches.”
