“Turf online were 1st class and the jubilee turf was better then expected unfortunately the haulage company did not come up to the same standards leaving half the turf in there depot but once I contacted turf online they got another pallet delivered the next day even though it was a bank holiday excellent service”

“Really pleased with the quality of the turf delivered - would have given 5 stars but for the fact that the poor soul tasked with making the delivery had to unload nearly 2 ton of turf single handedly and with no handling equipment. I know this keeps the cost down but I think this was totally unreasonable on the driver”

“Great service, efficient delivery, fantastic quality grass! No weeds, nicely cut and laid really well on to well prepared land. Been down three weeks and growing well, lovely, lush and green. Would recommend and use again. Plenty of compliments on how it looks! Would have been nice to get a 30 minute courtesy call before delivery as we were laying a large area and had to organise a team of people. Small point.”

“My only grievance, is that you keep asking me .....I have already given a glowing account of how the order and delivery were second to none .....amazing company and would use again and certainly recommend without a doubt....I submitted two photos of before and after and so far haven't appeared on your website 🤔”

“I really don't write reviews but I really am pleased with turfonline. Good price, good advice, great customer service. The turf has only been down a week but already starting to look like a lawn. Looks great. I ordered the jubilee, came by courier on a pallet. Very easy to lay, the rolls are sturdy but easy enough to cut with blade as well as saw. As a new gardener I will be using you again for any future turfing jobs. Well pleased”

“Turf is lovely just a shame it was delivered today and not on Friday the 5th as I requested and paid for. Luckily it wasn't stolen as it was sitting there for 5 hrs! And luckily my work let me go early! There's a reason why someone specifys a date.”

“I ordered 40 rolls of the "Jubilee" turf and 2 days later they were delivered on a pallet by a courier. The grass quality was excellent, very fresh (no yellowing), thick, dark green dense and grown on black rich topsoil. After a week the lawn looks fantastic, and the grass is growing well. I would definitely recommend this supplier- the turf is far superior to those sold in shops, and much more competitively priced.”
