“Well what can I say after searching the web for turf suppliers local and national I decided to go with Turfonline, it was so easy to order and delivery was spot on. I was a little sceptical about ordering through a national company rather than local but all I can say is that Turfonline quality of turf was excellent, it was healthy looking green turf which was easy to lay. So anybody with any doubts about ordering turf from a national company you dont need to worry about ordering turf from Turfonline.”

“Paid extra for a delivery for a pre 11am - eventually turned up at 1.15pm - no calls and even when i called the office twice and promised a call back nobody called. Emailed twice to the email address provided and again no reply. Very poor customer service”

“still waiting for delivery of order. Ordered on 10.4.17. T N T express!! More like tortoise with a hernia. Have received no communication from either company and now dont need the product as have laid my lawn.”

“The delivery was late, so it would be nice if turfonline acknowledged this and refunded the early charge I paid. however, the delivery guy was more than helpful and delivered direct to my garage door, when he arrived. Alex, Swindon”

“Paid extra for a time slot, took time off of work to fit turf, turf didn't turn up. Called company several times staff failed to call back when promised, issues with their courier service. Then promised delivery next day by 10am, didn't arrive until 2.45pm! Plans ruined!!”

“The order was due to be delivered on 13/4. It hadn't arrived by late afternoon so I called and was assured it was on its way and I would get a call if there were any problems. It didn't arrive on 13/4 and I wasn't contacted. I had arranged someone to lay it 14/4 but as it hadn't arrived I had to postpone. The following day was a bank holiday and no one was contactable but I did leave a voicemail. Although I wasn't given notice of when it would finally arrive it was delivered early afternoon on the bank holiday and seems to be good quality but the lack of communication was a pain which mucked up my weekend plans”
