“Turf was delivered as planned, a lush green colour, laid the same day. Over the past couple of weeks its taken really well, although there are a couple of patches which may need seeding, as well as a few small areas where there's more 'rye grass' than 'normal' grass (you can tell as its about 8" taller!) Been cut for the first time today and looking good despite the areas mentioned. Would recommend, great price, good delivery and decent product!”

“The sedum mats we ordered seem fine - we planted them the day they arrived. I have two criticisms: the polythene supplied to sit between the matting and roof had some tears in it and was not the right shape for the roof; the mats of sedum were very heavy and it was difficultgetting them up onto the roof.”

“This is the third review I've been asked to write for the same product. I have mentioned that the wildflower plants in the turf seem to be strong and I am confident that they will do well next year (turf was laid in Autumn 2024 and has apparently taken well with the low fertility soil beneath). My concern is that there are a couple of patches of 'normal' grass which have become evident in a mix which was supposed to be 100% wildflowers. The areas of concern are a bit bigger than they look in the photos. I understand that seeds can get blown in but it is a disappointment to have at least two such obvious patches of it. Just unfortunate I guess. I have 3 square metres of turf in a fairly small garden so these areas are noticeable. I will try and eradicate the grass as much as possible and put wf seeds in (Customer Services are aware of my concerns).”

“The delivery was excellent of the Floral focus mat. It was left at the side of my driveway in an accessible place and sensible place at the side so two cars could still go on the driveway. The first 5 metres has grown really well. Some little flowers have appeared and lots of clover. In the 5 metres that was nearer the bottom of the pallet there is grass and it will take longer for the clover etc to grow. I thought there shouldn’t be any grass or only some in the floral focus. 37 Reviews) Dreaming of a display of colourful wildflowers? “Meadowmat Floral Focus: Excellent product. I didn't know what to expect but it did a great job. More delicate and more gravel than I expected so it does make a bit of a mess but easy to install and sweep up afterwards. 3 weeks on it's coming up very nicely indeed.”

“Ordered 5 bulk bags of soil, etc, accessories and 5 meadow turf. Turf not delivered. Good comms with supplier and re-arranged satisfactorilly. All items of good quality. Pallet based delivery and these were some of the weakest pallets I've ever seen. Meant unloading was difficult for courier and de-bagging was difficult for me.”

“Ordered 25 square metres and it took about 3 hours to lay the Sedum. It looked a bit sorry for itself initially, but after a good watering and a opportunity to stretch out after being rolled up, it looked much better. There were a few bare patches, but hopefully these will be covered as the Sedum grows. Lots of small red stones on the surface, but these can be picked up and removed. Some cutting will be required. The first picture was taken immediately after being laid and the second picture was taken 3 weeks later.”

“The quality of the live products is exceptional. The turf I bought was in excellent condition and it has taken well to the garden since laying 2 weeks ago with regular watering. (raining). I dropped 1 star because when you order from their turfonline website they do not offer anything other than a pallet delivery. I needed to order some more harroden roots fertiliser and in the end had to order through Amazon (but still came from Turf Online) rather than order direct from them.”

“There is plenty of choice regarding wildflower turf and seeds so I was able to get what I felt was best for my garden. However, I did send a query email asking for some specific advice. This was not answered, otherwise I would probably go for 5 stars.”

“Good overall experience with Turfonline. The grass was delivered on the day stated as expected and was in excellent condition. The grass was laid in 25 degree heat during a Heat wave in June and after watering it every night its thriving. Very please. One note is that the delivery can be up to 7pm on the day of delivery (mine turned up at 6pm)”

“Most of the turf was very good quality, but there were several rolls which were mostly dead. These ones didn't take at all. You can see on the photo where there are extremely yellow patches in the middle of the garden. We will now need to buy another 5-6 rolls from elsewhere to repair this and hope the species of grass ties in with what we already have.”
