“Placed the order for jubilee lawn turf to be delivered 4 days later and paid extra for a timed delivery. The turf was delivered late depite timed delivery hence given 4 stars. However the turf itself was excellent and layed it the same day working alone till late despite hot weather. 2 weeks later the roots have gone down well established into soil. The grass is looking lush, green and thick all over and the sims are invisible. We are very happy with the new lawn.”

“All good and in quick time, except I was a little surprised that my 2 small packets of green roof fertiliser where going to be delivered KERB SIDE !! Thankfully, I got a friendly knock on my door and was handed the packets!”

“The Turf arrived the second time and is a beautiful quality. The first time I ordered it didn't arrive so had to get cancelled as it was 2 days late and it would have been dead. The second time I ordered it arrived and I loved the Turf. The Tuff I would give 5 Stars Turfonline call centre 5 Stars Delivery company they use Zero Stars. If they changed the delivery company they use it would definitely get 5 Stars.”

“Great turf, I've ordered this for shady gardens and the last client's garden is thriving. Would like it if I could have a notification upon delivery. Also it was quite dry, however easier to carry so that's good.”

“I ordered wild flower turf and the product is fantastic. The truck broke down so wasn't able to deliver until early the next morning and the turf was still in great condition when it was laid. The delivery driver put the turf by my garden gate which was a fair way from the road. Very happy with this company”

“Despite the overnight price increase, we went ahead and ordered the sedum turf panels, they were great quality and made laying a green roof very easy. We're very pleased with the final result. Only downside was that the delivery didn't come on the specified day, which affected our planning and budget, however, Turfonline refunded our delivery fee.”

“The turf is great. After 2- 3 weeks of well watered, the grass has been well grown. The only drawback is that lots of mushrooms keep on growing everywhere in the turf which is annoying. I would like to know if we have a solution to this or will they stop growing anytime soon by themselves?”

“Ordered 50 sq meters -- about 38 were of good quality and about 12 mostly from.the bottom of the pallette had gond black and were unusable and had to br followed off to yhe dump . Informed the supplier by email asap but customer services did not response positively . They wanted pictures of everything . Unfortunately we could not keep hold of the pershef ones as there was no space to unfold and take pictures Delivery was on time .”

“Excellent wild flower turf which after three weeks is full of wildflowers and grass. I love it. The reason for not giving 5 stars was the delivery arriving an hour early (7am instead of between 8-11am) and the driver dropping the turf on the street without any notice. It was the noise that alerted me to a van. Very loud considering it was 7am.”

“Really great lawn quality, green and thick. So many compliments about it and feels great under foot. Taken wick and easily to the soil. Happy customer was competitive in price only shame was delivery outside window agreed.”

“Delivery. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sedum Product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Website. ⭐️⭐️ Website details. No stars. Can not fault you on these. But the website had no breakdown on what comes in a sedum roofing kit. 🙁 The website also lists no address or phone number so I wasn’t sure if this was a legit business or not, I had to fill out online question from to get a response that had the phone number on. 🙁 I then phones and the phone line was so bad I couldn’t really communicate with the staff. In the end I got something to do the job, but not exactly what I wanted. This could have been improved with a brake down on what comes in the sedum kit and also would have saved me days of procrastinating if you listed the phone number.”

“Great turf but delivery time could have been much better. I was given a time slot of between 2pm-4pm, which I thought was a bit late in the day, but the delivery did not arrived until around 4.50pm. Considering the website suggests to lay the turf on the same day I then had to rush to lay over 40 rolls which was not the best thing to have done.”

“Turf was delivered as planned, a lush green colour, laid the same day. Over the past couple of weeks its taken really well, although there are a couple of patches which may need seeding, as well as a few small areas where there's more 'rye grass' than 'normal' grass (you can tell as its about 8" taller!) Been cut for the first time today and looking good despite the areas mentioned. Would recommend, great price, good delivery and decent product!”
