Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“There was nothing wrong with the order or the item itself, however, I was disappointed with the packaging. I love Nomination packaging, as it makes the gift itself look more sophisticated and substantial. As it is, I just have a tiny box I hope won;t get lost under the tree between now and Christmas.”

We can confirm that we use authentic Nomination packaging in line with their guidelines and the charm box is the approved packaging for the item you ordered. “Had no problems except with delivery where it wasn't packaged very well so the box is crumpled and it's a Xmas present for someone.”
