Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Not received my order. Was delivered by Royal Mail on 26/06/2025 and left under a hedge but I do not have a hedge. Tried to contact Royal Mail who said I have to contact the seller. Have emailed you numerous times and heard nothing. I want a full refund. I have a video and pictures as proof.

Bought from their sale and then went to the official Pandora store and realised I had paid almost double what the item was in store. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Still haven't received my order , no tracking information received. Have emailed , received a reply to say it should be with you by last Friday and at the latest Saturday. Still nothing .... No emails received when dispatched although I was told they were sent.

I bought a watch for my mother in April, I contacted you to say it was broken within 3 weeks of her opening it I've had nothing back from yourselves. No help. No replacement. No refund. No help offered at all. I have called to No answer. I left my contact details on your 'contact us ' section of your website. £130 wasted. I would like a response please. Hi Emily We are very sorry to hear about your experience. We recently discovered that our replies were not reaching Hotmail addresses due to a technical issue. We’ve now contacted you directly to resolve this and have offered a refund or replacement for the faulty watch, along with reimbursement for return postage. My item didn’t arrive when expected, it didn’t arrive at all. I contacted them several times before I got a reply. I eventually was sent another ring out just for the stone to fall out 1 day later

I purchased a leather Pandora bracelet in January and by April the leather (or composite) has failed and now it has gone sticky/tacky and leaves black marks all over my skin. I’m unsure if this item IS actual leather or a cheap composite….or whatever coating has been applied to the ‘leather’ (which was unnecessary) has failed and completely ruined the item rendering it unwearable…after only a few months!! Note: I owned one of the previous versions of this bracelet /necklace (one with a barrel clasp, rather than the ball clasp) which lasted me almost 10 years. This one though, whatever it is made from has failed within just a few months. Having checked the reviews for this item on the Pandora site, it seems that I am not the only one with complaints about it. I am made a complaint to Grace & Co and 2 weeks on I am still no further along in the returns process. Very poor customer service from this company, and a very poor quality item from Pandora….Shame on you both!!!!!!!

Purchased a nomination charm online which went fine no problems but when I popped in to your Ashby de la Zouch store to purchase a gift bag to put it in I was told that no I couldn’t purchase a bag but I could buy a gift box for 5.00 rip off that was absolutely unfit for purpose.I was quite willing to buy a bag but to no avail so I popped in to card factory next door and got one for 49p it’s a shame card factory don’t do jewellery.So will take my business elsewhere from now on.

We received your email on 7th December and replied on 9th December, the next working day, with details regarding your order. According to Royal Mail’s tracking, your order was marked as delivered on 29th November. We also included a map showing the delivery location to help you identify where it was left. We kindly suggest checking around the delivery area, as parcels are sometimes tucked away in safe places. Additionally, it may be worth speaking to neighbours in case it was left with them. My order still hasn’t arrived even after making complaints to both Royal Mail and Grace and co. When calling up the company my concerns were dismissed and was told that my package had to be here somewhere when the package was never delivered in the first place. Still waiting on said package or a refund from the company.

I was really pleased with the delivery of the bracelet. Unfortunately it was not to my liking so I decided to return it. I went to the Ashby store to be told they did not receive returns - I needed to return it in the post. One of the staff eventually agreed to take my package and put it in the returns upstairs - took it off me as thought it was too much trouble for her! I felt intimidated by the 3 members of staff standing around the till - they were not friendly at all - no smiles! I certainly will not be visiting the Ashby store again with unprofessional staff like that.

Ring doesn't fit. I've tried phoning and emailing to get this returned/exchanged but no one answers the phone or replies to my emails. Shame the customer service is poor as the ring is beautiful.

Unfortunately not impressed with the necklace or customer service, bought an engraved necklace which is constantly backwards so you cant see the writing on it so contacted to see if it had been engraved on the wrong side, only got a reply after multiple emails and the response i got was that necklaces turn around, which would be fine if it was true but it is the wrong way around 100% of the time so it is pointless and a waste of a lot of money.

Was not impressed will not order again !! Did an online order for delivery to my local Grantham store , waited till 2pm -went in to collect for a birthday gift that day ! To be told they’ve got an order but it’s not there !!! Lady rang & my deliver has been received by Grantham store that morning -but couldn’t find it all ??!! I explained for a gift that day -lady got one off shelf and did it for me ! Not impressed that it wasn’t ready & the staff had no idea !! Will go back to my original jewellers from now on !! Not happy
