I didn’t receive my parcel as i got an email stating that the charm i ordered wasn’t in stock therefore my order was deemed to be ‘unable to fulfil’. Utterly disappointing experience that i’ve had to endure aswell as this, this was my first order with grace and co, moving forward i’m weary and don’t think i will be attempting to order again.

Very small and cheap looking, unable to return as they are earrings. Disappointed as the photo on te website made them look much better than they are.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear that your order was delayed, unfortunately, due to the Royal Mail strikes many items were severely delayed. Lovely earrings but not as blue as pictures show, would of sent back if possible.

Hi I actually do have an issue with my delivery. I paid for an express delivery which promised the gift to be delivered by the 19th of November. The package was then sent to the wrong location and I was not able to receive the package in time. As a result of this my sister was not able to open her gift on her birthday. I would like to be refunded for the amount I paid for delivery ASAP please. Thank you.

Loved the product but I ordered it on a Friday paying £11.95 postage for the 'Saturday Special' thinking for that price my product would arrive the next day. I was therefore incredibly annoyed that it didn't arrive until the following Saturday. What a waste of money!

As we do not offer a same-day delivery service, this was therefore dispatched to arrive on the following Saturday (23rd October). Hello, Amanda. Thank you for finding us. We're so sorry if we appeared ignorant of you. We've done a system check and we can't locate any correspondence through our Contact Form. We've checked your order too to see what has happened but from the postage confirmation details that we've received, which we've also passed on directly to you, your order arrived at your specified address the very next day, so we're a little puzzled as to what's gone wrong. Sent me the wrong charm. Have emailed in twice regarding this and heard no reply. Disappointed as this is a Christmas present. Keep receiving emails from the regarding my experience but no one can get back to me regarding the wrong cheaper charm they sent me. Also haven’t received a refund. Won’t be shopping here again.

Took ages to get dispatched had to email to see where it was then took 4 days to get here not happy ordered off another site same day arrived plenty of time wasted birthday gift as too late

We had delivery of daughter nomination charm and most of the daughter writing had gone black, couldn't send it back as by the time it was delivered her brithday was 2 days away. took charm to jewellers thankfully they was able to clean it up. Should check condition before sending. Not that happy.
