Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

I ordered a charm and the wrong item was sent. I emailed twice but had no response so I went into a local Grace shop and the staff in there were brilliant and sorted the issue straight away.

I only rated 3 out of 5 stars because, whilst I was entirely pleased with the service received, I do not consider this to be above the level of service expe in these times

I was not to happy as it said spend £69 and get a free bracelet I spent £85 and no bracelet

Ordered arrow earrings. Was sent cheaper anchor earrings. Took back to store in market harborough as arrows out of stock online. Staff very helpful and changed them straight away. Online service 1/5. Store service 5/5

I have no problem with the service and although the earrings I bought were not very expensive I found them very flimsy

The charm didn’t come with the nomination packaging which was disappointing as it was a gift.

Hi Rachel, thank you for shopping with us. We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. As per our policy, Nomination charms are sent in their standard charm packaging. Nomination gift bags are only included when a bracelet is purchased. However, we do offer our own branded gift bags, which are great for gifting individual charms and can be added to your order at checkout. We hope you’ll consider this option next time, and we’re always here if you need any assistance.

Hi Maria, thank you for finding us Wishing to check why this happened, we're a little confused We don't see many records of your purchases, just the one, which was an Elephant charm, ordered on a Friday afternoon, dispatched arriving Friday morning, several days before estimate If you can let us know more details, we'll look into this further so we can prevent this kind of thing from happening

The items arrived on time and in good condition. I was disappointed I didn’t get the little gift bag that I have done in the past. I now have to purchase something to put the charms in

Gift bag arrived all crinkled and unusable and bracelet had some sort of greasy film on it. Will be taking it into a shop to resolve. Won't be buying online again.

Service was excellent however, I am very disappoined with the size of the locket as it looked so much bigger on line. It was to hold a lock of baby hair but it is so small it was is an impossiblity. I would have returned the item but I requested inscription.

Mid score based on communication and prompt delivery. As the watch pendant is part birthday present for my wife in a couple of days time, I am unable to currently comment on the quality, although at first glance the item looks good.

I ordered wrong size earrings by error ,the lady in Hinckley Grace & Co was extremely unhappy about this offering no alternative, I suggested if I could swap them for the smaller size offering to pay the same price as it was my mistake after all, she just huffed & went off,she changed them & said "do uou want jewellery cleaner for £5.00 to make up the money ,which I didn't really ,she said you'll just have to have a credit note then abruptly, whichI replied I didn't mind that at all & thanked her,she never smiled or anything, I have dealt with this shop assistant before When there was a 20% offer on throughout the shop & shestill tried to charge me full price when I asked " are they not 20%this week as in your posters everywhere in the shop ,she never apologised for thr mistake ,she just went ahead with the transaction, I came outthat day feeling disappointed as I have always found the staff excellent, friendly & super helpful & this member of staff really does let them down ,I'm sorry about this ,a normally happy customer.
