Grace & Co is a family-run and family-owned contemporary jewellers set up in 2010 by two jewellery professionals with over 40 years of experience between them.

Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

Their knowledge and expertise in the jewellery industry have resulted in a team of staff that provide excellent customer service and a fabulous shopping experience, whether it be in-store or online.

“Paid for next day delivery, it arrived 4 days later , then when it arrived item wasn’t as seen on the website and wasn’t able to return it due to being eating, effectively leaving a pair of earings that weren’t what I wanted .....”

Hello, Stuart. We are so sorry that the item ordered didn't get to you when expected. We've just checked our system and we can see that we received your order and dispatched it to ensure that it arrived within our 48 hour timeframe, going by the Express Delivery postage which you selected as it was placed on the 4th and the parcel arrived on the 4th. If we have indeed sent out the wrong earrings or these were not as they appeared to be according to the details on our website then please accept our apologies and follow the Delivery & Returns policy within the Order Confirmation email that you received. “I have already rated Grace & Co Jewellery, just over a week ago. PLEASE, PLEASE, READ THIS REVIEW. I apologise for the length of the review, but if you want good costumer service, please read on. On the 17/06/2019 my beautiful Black Labrador had to be put to sleep. I was & I still am Heartbroken. I decided in the early hours to order a double Nomination charm with a Labradors head on it, I filled the online form in & asked them to put my girls name on it Jessie & the day she passed away 17/06/2019. It arrived 4 days after, & I loved it, I put it on my bracelet & showed my parents, they noticed the date was wrong. Unfortunately, with me being so upset I typed in the wrong month. I put it down to me being in turmoil. In my emotional state I typed the 17/07/2019... A month in advanced. I contacted Grace & Co, who could not have been anymore helpful. They offered to put the date right for me with their engraver. Very kind I thought, but it was 100% my fault. So I decided that when I could afford another one, I would contact Grace & Co & purchase a brand new one, with the correct details. I just could not afford to do it, with having to pay for the vet bills, the cremation & the casket. Grace & Co were aware of what my plans were. Sorry this is a long message, please stick with it, because today Tuesday the 9th Of July 2019, I received a brand new Nomination Charm with all the Jessie’s name on it and the date she passed away. I cried when I opened the letter. What a lovely thing for them to do. I can not Thank them enough. This means so much to me, more than they will ever know. Bless Them. Especially as none of it was their fault. I would recommend Grace & Co Jewellery to anyone who wants a quality items, with genuine service, people who go beyond my expectations.
