Since the doors of the first opened, Grace & Co has continued to grow and now stocks world-renowned, contemporary jewellery, watches, charms, and accessories 9 locations across the Midlands area.

“Got grey pearl earrings just as described. Came very promptly and beautifully presented together with a lovely pouch incase it was to be a gift. Unfortunately the wedding I was going to wear them to was cancelled due to the Covid 19 but rescheduled for next year.Many thanks”

“I ordered 2 quantities of the SWAROVSKI Yellow Gold Spare Earring Back x2. So 2 pairs and was expecting to receive 4 backs all together. I paid for the 2 pairs however I only received 1. I email them and never had a response. Unfortunately I will not be using them again.”

Hello. Our apologies for not managing to come back to you sooner with regards to this. We've had a look and we can see that this has indeed been sent out to the email address you have provided us with. We can see that it was ordered of a night time and the gift was sent out within 12 hours later, but we can see that it was actually sent to YOUR email address, and not a different one for the recipient.
