“I pay £70 for the repair of my refigurator but still is not working, even when I call to report, I was told the engineer is going to call me. I didn't receive any call from you. I am disappointed in services & support.”

“the engineer hit the side of the freezer with his hand and said he thought it was a problem with the circuit board behind the front panel as the lights were still flashing. The engineer took details of the model, photographed it and went away. I got a call next day to say the part was obsolete so they could not get it and have you a card we can take payment on for the engineer's visit. On looking on the internet this part is not available and has not been available for a while, I thought the engineer should have an idea of this and said something when he called.”

“Initially impressed with speed of response and visit. Technician found some string around propellor, did not check anything else or run a programme. He was here for ten minutes maximum, I paid him full amount cash, he gave me no receipt or paperwork. Put machine onto a programme and the same fault occurred. Emailed and received phone call from Cambridge contact who said technician would come back. Nothing! Rang a week later, and informed theyre not qualified to check electronics on machinery. How can you call yourselves Miele Experts?Two weeks later I have heard nothing and sorry I did not call Miele direct who would have charged less if my machine was not worth repairing. Or spent a bit more to get a proper repair. Very disappointing. Rather than waste more money I am purchasing a new one.”

“The company you contracted was responsive and booked on time, but the problem is not fixed after 2 vists since the spare part was broken and I am still waiting for it to be fixed”

“Very easy to book. Charges explained prior to the visit. E mail confirmation of appointment. Engineer rang to give me advance warning of arrival. Repair carried out and spare part supllied and fitted. All work done within the 1 hour time slot.”

“engineer could not able to fix the fault even he can't found what is the fault and they charge me £70 and I got it repaired from other company and they fixed it in 30mins.”
