“I've given 5 stars despite my appliance not being fixed due to the part needed being unobtainable now. I was kept up to date with my appointment time and offered an earlier one owing to another customer's cancellation. Ben was friendly, polite and knowledgeable.”

“Always a reliable company. We had needed their help last year and they were prompt, put a lot of effort into actually diagnosing and fixing the problem rather than just saying our fridge was broken and nothing to be done. This year we knew the issue and got them out. Arrived on time, gave us a heads up on the time as well. Great professional service. Thank you!”

“Being able to book a slot online was a big benefit. The engineer let me know when he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing and also gave some tips on using the washer dryer better.”

“This felt like a total scam. £90 to tell me in 5 minutes that the fridge was broken and the ACTUAL repair cost was going to be way more than just buying a new fridge. The parts list shown to me is so expensive that virtually any repair would be a waste of time compared to just buying a new product. Felt sick afterwards having been scammed.”

“Both the staff that I met turned up as arranged , explained the faults and repairs sufficiently to me and sorted out the problem in competent and friendly manner. The equipment now seems satisfactory so far.”

“The process of contacting Glotech, and booking a technician was easy and professional. However, I am not happy paying a full call-out charge plus Vat (£112), for the technician to spend 10 minutes in the house and tell me a need a new fridge/freezer and charge me the full whack. And it wasn't a same day visit, which is the only reason I opted to go with them. It was supposed to be a Friday and the technician only came late on Monday. I think there should be a reasonable charge for someone to walk in and out in less than 15 minutes, particularly when it was not a same day visit. It does not build trust with a service supplier and I won’t be using them again.”

“Turned up when expected, Adam took the machine apart but couldn't find anything other than a five-pence piece, reassured me there were no visible issues, and followed up with a phone call later in the day to see if I had any issues after doing some washing. Which I thought was a great thing to do + advised me if I had the same issue within 6 months there would be no call-out charge.”

“It was very quick and easy to arrange an engineer visit. The engineer arrived on time, was very pleasant and ordered the required part. When the part arrived an appointment was made for the following day and the repair completed. I was very happy with the service and would not hesitate to use the firm again if needed”

“Prompt arrival gave call 15 mins out. Polite and professional. Lots of additional advice about cost of new freezer from internet. Advice on re gassing but not taken up due to age of freezer and possible non ability to repair.”
