Engineer arrived on time and acted with great professionalism. Unfortunately he was unable to fix the problem but advised me what to do next.

Two cancelled appointments followed by an in correct diagnosis of the fault which turned out to be a blocked pipe. A further delay waiting for a new pump which was not actually required. Then another visit to fit the pump which did not solve the problem. A further delay waiting for another engineer. The problem was fixed on the recent visit when the outlet was cleared of coins and a piece of plastic. In summary a very poor performance,which resulted in having to pay for a pump that was not required and a month to rectify a fault that should have been solved on the first engineer visit. I request a refund of the payment for the unnecessary pump.

Very friendly and prompt service. Disappointed, however, to find the full call out fee charged given the part needed was no longer in production, despite asking on the phone in advance if that kind of issue was likely to be solved on an extraction fan 10+ years old. The fee is a lot for 10 minutes work. Missed opportunity to make a gesture and ensure I come back in future. Now, it's just rememeberd as another average brand.

Super quick service. Rang on the Wednesday, the engineer was with us at 07.45 on the Thursday. Our appliance was beyond repair sadly, but at least we knew quickly!

Careful people they try get my money for doing nothing, they asked me for £93 payments for them engineering just turn up 10 minutes. I booked for Monday no engineering turn up in Monday I call them they said oh sorry there’s no engineer in your area today sorry can you book for other day, I booked for Tuesday engineering coming but no fixing my washing machine he was just Scratching his head I don’t think he now what he doing anyway but at end he told me I need one part but no with him he need making order for it I said find as long fix it today, he said no even this week maybe next week I coming again to fix. So he not fix my washing machine he just coming to collect money for doing nothing they wasted my two days to no go work and they ask for £93 I said no paying and he go his office no stop calling me to make a payment £93 hey try to frighten me if no pay will be debit collected office contact with me and take this payment. I feel they want to scam me. I’m not happy about what happened to me they not deserve even one star.

Good Morning The Booking was made by yourself on the 22nd Booked on:22/01/23 By WEB...... for the 23rd, an online booking is not confirmed until a member of the team contacts you, Which is why we contacted you to confirm/ say that we could not attend on the 23rd and the 24th was available, the engineer attended to diagnose. There was no 10 day wait time. The engineer diagnosed that you require a drain pump - however the drain pump carried on his van is not the correct one for your appliance it would be impossible to carry every variant and so would require ordering, this possibly may not be delivered and be available for the engineer to return and fit to complete the job this week which is the point the engineer was trying to explain to you, and so he would return next week to fit the part once delivered. The engineer attended your property and diagnosed and the labour cost would include return once you had paid the labour cost and paid for the part. Your call with the operative also used bad language which was not pleasant. Your review is not accurate and reflects badly on you we would appreciate you removing such an inaccurate review......Thank you

Amazing service from the booking process all the way till engineer visit and repair works. Andrey was excellent on both visits and shared helpful tips and advice. Thank you ever so much. Brilliant service all the way through!

I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service - both by the receptionist and the technician. The problem was dealt with the next day and the engineer gave good notice of the time he would be calling. I will certainly use this company again if necessary.

I have no complaints with the repair man as he never even got to see my washing machine. I booked an appointment for the day I had taken off, picked my chosen hours 8-1pm and paid. Glotech changed my appointment to a week later, with the times to “all day” so I just excepted it and booked another day off. I also had to telephone as they had incorrect details, I also pointed out that our address is notoriously difficult to find even in day light so not to allow the engineer to come in the dark. Today was the day for the repair, having been well over week without my machine. I get a call finally at 4.15pm from the engineer staying he would be 45mins getting to the next customer then on to me, obviously no idea of timings. So I telephoned customer services asking the “all day times” whoich are 8am-5pm. I encountered a very rude and flippant lady who and I quote said “ well do you want the machine fixed or not” I pointed out that I excepted the week changes, I excepted the time change to all day ( so I couldn’t even go out walking the dogs) but I had pointed out about coming in the dark, no notes were on my record or for the poor engineer who would have been ages trying to find our address. ( we are right off the beaten track, not where sat nav say we are ) So I have cancelled and hope I get a refund, I will come back and let you know if I dont. I found the whole booking process to be a complete shambles so disorganised, yet they take your money pretty quickly.

Good Morning, I can see that the engineer did have several jobs for customers in the earlier bookings that took longer than expected obviously each repair can vary, in defence of the engineer He really did attempt to get to and complete every booking in his diary hence the notification to you and was prepared to work late to do so, we apologise that this was not suitable for you. Your repair has been cancelled and as we have not attended the property then accounts will refund the labour cost to you. I will also ask the customer service Manager to listen to the call recording and speak to the operative if the call was not dealt with appropriately. Thank you
