“Hi, After 3 visits and one new part, our dishwasher is not fixed. The last engineer took a few minutes and said to just get a new one. Whilst we appreciate a machine that's just over 2 years old could break, it's difficult to accept when there's no continuity of repairperson. It doesn't inspire confidence in them at all. And we still have a problem. Disconcerted.”

“The engineer arrived on time and was very helpful. He helped me to decide that my fridge-freezer wasn't worth repairing and I now have a lovely new model in my kitchen.”

“Not impressed at all. That charged £81 and took 15 minutes to tell me my fridge freezer couldn’t be fixed! I won’t fall for that again!!”

“I can't praise your engineer,Javid, enough. Polite, respectful of my property, professional, kind, knowledgeable & was able to fix my appliance there & than, which was a bonus! Advised, he was on his way as too. I always use your company when something goes wrong with my appliances & would certainly recommend you to others! Good job done again Glotech, thank you.”

“The engineer was helpful & pleasant. However he didn’t manage to arrive within the time. It’s an integrated washer & he couldn’t get it back in place properly. It’s not a major issue as I’ve decided in anew washer. I do wonder what would have happened if I wasn’t??”
