“We always use glo tech to purchase appliances because they are very knowledgeable and have a competitive prices. On this occasion our Meile dish washer had stopped working. It was 13 years old and we just wanted to check whether it could be repaired. The engineering department provided a prompt service . The engineer was clear and was able to explain and show us the parts which were no longer working. And provided a costing for repair to make a decision about whether it was worthwhile or whether to buy a new machine (and we are having to do this not surprisingly) We are using the company to source our new one . Highly recommebddd”

“First time I've used Glotech needing someone to sort out my elderly Step father's washing machine. From the initial call you can tell you're dealing with a good company the lady I spoke to was very professional and friendly as she took all the info and explained the charges very clearly. The very next day the friendly engineer turned up and fixed the fault straight away ringing me to explain what was faulty. My 87 year old step father was so pleased and couldn't speak highly enough about the engineer and how he had fixed it so quickly. I would definitely recommend Glotech to anyone, they sorted out the problem and stopped an elderly man worrying unduly.”

“Our experience with glotech has been brilliant from initial advice and ordering to fitting of a replacement fridge in a fitted kitchen unit. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the fitters were excellent and very thorough.”

“Excellent advice on phone prior to booking repair appointment. Engineer contacted us to advise 30 minutes away. Arrived as expected and carried out efficient repair. Great customer service all round.”

I have looked at your repair booking and can see that you booked for an engineer to attend as the fridge section of your appliance was not working, an experienced and qualified engineer attended and diagnose and when ever possible the engineer will do a first time fix or explain what would be required if the part is not something carried on the van stock. we do understand that this is frustrating when an appliance cannot be repaired and if possible is avoided. Thank you
