“I found customer services very helpful. An appointment was quickly arranged and the Engineer phoned to let me know when he was thirty minutes away. He was very pleasant and went through the temperature settings on my LIebherr fridge several times as I was not sure I had done it correctly. He told me he had the same fridge as me and he also had condensation but that it was not a problem. I was worried about a split in the gasket around the door but he assured me that was not causing a problem, it would only be a problem if the split were on the face of the seal. Liebherr had told me that a replacement gasket was available to purchase and even gave me the part number should it be required but the engineer told me it was not replaceable and I would need to purchase a new door, IF a repair had been required. The way he told me to reset the temperature control did not coincide with what I had read in my instruction manual but it seemed effective and gave me some peace of mind. I am a little concerned that what the engineer (Liebherr trained I believe) and LIebherr themselves had told me were not the same but, overall, I felt Glotech were helpful from start to finish. I went into this knowing the terms and conditions but do feel £117.54 for a fifteen minute callout just to get some peace of mind is a little expensive but, had repairs been necessary, it would have been a good deal.”

“If I could give no star's I would. Booked a repair, they cancelled the afternoon before they were due to come out. Avoid this company, total shambles and time wasters!!”

“My dishwasher had stopped working and I thought that having it looked into would be the cheaper option. As it turns out, buying a replacement would have been cheaper than the repair and the parts. Fortunately the engineer who attended told me this but still had to charge for the call out despite not being able to fix the problem. My reasoning for leaving 3 stars is the price. The call out including VAT is nearly £100, which could have gone towards a new dishwasher. I just feel that if the machine cannot be fixed, the call out price should reflect that. Everything else about the service was great.”

“As its turned out I had managed to right most of the problem with the washing machine myself prior to the Glotech engineer (Dean) calling. However, he not only made sure, and reassured me, that everything was OK, he then cleaned the machine and then also checked that our tumble drier was OK. More than satisfied.”

“Javid arrived promptly and quickly located the fault on my washer and a part was swiftly ordered. He was very patient in explaining to me what had gone wrong, I am not very techy. He was very polite, worked quickly - in short - professional, just what you want.”

“The technician arrived earlier than planned. He repaired our tumble dryer without issue. The charge was reasonable given the high cost of living currently. I recommend Glotech if repairs are required.”
