“Adam came on time to repair our wash8ng machine. Very clean polite and diligent unfortunately unable to find our intermittent fault although tried very hard. Offered good advice to try to help. Would recommend this company again especially Adam”

“Javed came from Glotech to see to my washing machine which had flagged a technical fault and wouldn't open and was full of laundry. Javed sorted the fault and explained the problem. We were very happy with the service provided. Unfortunately the response time wasn't great. We were first advised it would be next day. Later we were told it would be the following day, when we waited in all day. After numerous calls we were told it wouldn't be till the third day. This would have been fine had we not waited in for a full day, with no updates.”
