“I did not use the repairers that Rangemaster told me to, as reviews on them were very poor. I thankfully found Glotech, and I was really happy with their speed of response and quality of their work. It was also at a reasonable cost. I'd be delighted to recommend them, and great to support a local smaller operation (particularly when their service is superior...everyone wins).”

“Excellent punctuality by Reece on the day. Had read my comments on the problem so came prepared with a couple of parts that might have been required. In, polite, diagnosed, replaced part, cleaned up and gone within 30 mins. Great service all round.”

“So impressed with this company - and with Paul (the service engineer) that has now called on us twice in the past 6 months; first to help with a washing machine that wasn't draining, and later with a drum/belt/flywheel issue. Our washing machine is a mare to get to, and Paul went above and beyond taking kitchen doors off etc. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“Easy to make the appointment on line for my Miele, Ben from GloTech South East turned up (gave me 30 minute warning) checked everything, showed me where the problem was, fixed it. Couldn't be more efficient, friendly and QUALIFIED to do the job. I am relieved to have found GloTech. Susie”

“We have had trouble with the door not opening & shutting properly on our dishwasher.The engineer who called last Thursday (25th Feb 2021) was very polite & efficient and after repairing the door gave the machine the once over and it looks & operates like it was brand new.”

“Your engineer came for 4 minutes and just opened firidge door and said compressor is faulty. But I call an other my local engineer he fixed it compressor Wasn’t faulty he just filled the gas in and It’s still cooling.iPaid you £101 it’s wasted. Your engineer is untrained thanks.”
