“Charged £90 to be told my hob wasn’t working and needed replacing. Told that Glotech couldn’t supply. I’d already described exactly what the problem was. Totally ripped off. Shameful service.”

“Glotech just replaced a hob in one of the flats i manage and a fridge in another. as usual Amy was brilliant from booking it in, invoicing, and arranging engineer to fit. thanks Glotech!”

“Struggled to find a washing machine repair service and after filling a couple of local forms for quotes and not getting any responses, i contacted Glotech! Booked on Thursday for a Sat appointment, Ben came early, checked my machine over and tested it. All since ok. covid secure, friendly, professional, no issues. would reuse. price note, please note pricing is less VAT so add this on when preparing for payment.”

“blooming brilliant service - called them on the Tuesday, arrived by Thursday. Fixed on the day. Friendly engineer - followed excellent COVID hygiene rules. In an out in 45 mins and saved my life! I cannot live without my microwave :-) Thank you.”

“I imagine that a fridge freezer is a low tech item. It as working intermittently. The engineer said it might need regassing but couldn’t guarantee. I’m looking for advice so naturally I say yes, do it. It worked for long enough fir him to leave. I spoke to the office and said you send him back for free to identify the problem. They said no. I’d spent £150 !!! For absolutely nothing. I will never use you again and I will tell my friends and family of the experience. I’ve now been without the FF for 6 days and had no option but to order a new one (I’m sure it could be fixed but I will not gamble another £150 on an 8 year old machine). I’m very annoyed and let down by your company. Thanks for wasting my time and money.”

“Our experience was great. The engineer kept us updated by text as to when to expect him to call. When he arrived he quickly assessed the problem and was able to fix it. The engineer was polite and worked tidily and cleanly. Dishwasher now cleans like new. Have saved buying a new one. Would definitely use this service again.”

“Our dishwasher wasn't emptying properly and was making a funny noise. I booked a visit with Glotech. The engineer, Ben, quickly and efficiently identified the problem (drainage pump) and ordered a replacement. He was back the very next day to fit the new pump so we only had to do our own washing up for one day! Delighted with the repair and the professional, friendly and reasonably priced service provided.”
