“Apalling service from @GlotechUK Been waiting for a dishwasher repair for a whole month. Long call waits, long waits for appointments only to have them cancel on the day. Twice. Giving up and going elsewhere. What a waste of energy.”

“Excellent help and service glotech, would highly recommend. Everyone was so friendly and helped us out during a personal difficult time. The last we needed was the dishwasher and washing machine not working, however within a few days everything was working again and the engineer who came was really lovely Thank you to all at Glotech.”

“Had problems at the beginning trying to book an appointment as the first one I booked was cancelled very late. New appointment was kept and engineer was very good. Told me about new part needed for washing machine and how long that would be. New part for oven was not in stock so I opted for new oven. Engineer phoned through and arranged part and new oven both to be fixed at same time. He came back to do both. Credit card didn't work for payment but was emailed an invoice which I paid by bank transfer. After initial doubts I was pleased with the outcome.”

“Booked my Bosch dishwasher repair online with Glotech on 24/1/22. Dean came as scheduled the next day (25/1/22). He diagnosed and located the fault in about 30mins, discovering that the previous Bosch repair man had fitted a new 'O'ring, 6 years ago, on the wrong side of the heat exchanger connector! He cleaned up the parts and put them back together correctly and it all works fine now. I am very impressed, will use Glotech again.”

“The repair man came he looked at the freezer and said it cannot be fixed and I should be getting some of my money back how hutch I will be getting back many thanks”

“Engineer arrived promptly at the time he texted me the evening before (pity I wasn't quite ready for him). He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine - motor sparking and bearings going - and told me the cost of replacing the motor, and later probably other parts as well - practically as much as getting a new machine, which is what he recommended. So although no repair was made it was a useful visit.”

“I booked Glotech as the website said no fix no fee , however when they wanted paying before the engineer arrived , I queried that and he said no it’s only for premium members . Was told I needed a new compressor for my FF and new one @£300+ no guarantee it would work properly afterwards . At least the engineer was quite honest and told me a repair was a gamble . So £79 spent for a diagnosis not repair . Maybe not use for FF unless it’s an industrial one worth ££££’s”

“The repair, once organised, was very efficient. It would be helpful if your automated response to a telephone call could include a message saying " if you require a repair service please use the internet to contact us". It is not helpful to be told, "you are eleventh in the queue" when access via the Internet is so efficient.”
