“Easy to book an appointment for a repair at a time that suited. Technician arrived promptly with a call to confirm arrival time. Fault was assessed and price for parts quoted and ordered straight away. Notified when parts were available and able to arrange for technician returned to fit parts within 4 working days of original visit. Very happy with service and would confidently use Glotech again.”

“Excellent service really easy to book, brilliant value. Andrew was thorough in the search for my washer noise culprit. The part was ordered and fitted within the week. He is super polite and friendly and very experienced. Will definitely use glotech again.”
