“I have called Glotech out on two occasions now for separate appliances. Same engineer came out for both. On time, professional and friendly. Did a great job and kept us informed throughout the repairs. Hopefully, I won't need a repair again but if I do I will be calling up this lot again.”

“Chris M was amazing and was able to fix the problem straight away. He was also very kind in agreeing to come to see what the problem was on the same day. What a great guy! The lady on the phone called Katie was also very helpful”

“A Glotech electrician came to look at our wine cooler, which isn’t working. He quickly diagnosed the problem isn’t electrical - that there was a hole in a pipe & the fridge needed ‘re-gassing’. Easy to do he told me. I paid more than £75 for the 15 minute visit. He told me another engineer would be in touch. I heard nothing. A few days later, I called Glotech, spoke to a receptionist who apologised for the lack of communication and told me the ‘re-gassing’ would cost £100 and have a 50 per cent chance of success! So I gave up.”

“We had our Dishwasher repaired by Dale last week,we had 3 previous engineers through insurance look at this and couldn't fix fault. Told Dale the fault and he fixed it in 20mins. Nice to know engineers out there with knowledge and expertise like this. No parts needed either. Thank you Dale.”

“Brilliant service from Gavin. Prompt to come out. Identified the problem, ordered spare part and returned within a week to fit it. Good clear charges system, which is very fair and reasonable. Would recommend to friends who need any electrical repairs. Well pleased.”

“Dean did a great job fixing tumble dryer and luckily had part on van. Arrived at time stated and called before to let us know when to expect him. My only complaint is how long it took to get an answer when first called glotech,stuck in queue of 8, gave up on previous attempt when I was number 12. Just hope refund for part we thought needed and ordered goes through quickly”
