“The repairman was really friendly and nice, diagnosed the issue pretty quickly. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not worth repairing. He gave good advice on a new one to buy and how to keep it healthy. I will be using them again if any appliances break again”

“Complete waste of time and money. Engineer did not look at machine and went straight to catalogue and suggested new machine£80 for absolutely nothing !!”

“Fantastic service - really easy to book, really great price for the call-out and our engineer was brilliant. Came on time, very professional and friendly and identified the problem with our old washer dryer really quickly - got it sorted within the hour. Couldn't be happier.”

“Visited by Gavin 28.1.22. Quick diagnosis of the problem, i.e. failed oven element. He had the spare part in his van and fitted it. Gavin was polite efficient and friendly. He observed covid restrictions by wearing a mask and kept a safe distance. All in all 100% satisfied. No problem for me but I think you should tell prospective customers that the call out charge does not include VAT.”

“When the part was available technician fitted it in 30 minutes. Was a pity that he had to call twice for such a simple job. Supply of parts to the technicians needs reviewing. Overall pleased but expensive and inefficient use of your resource.”

“Excellent easy booking. Andrew arrived the next day was polite, friendly and clearly experienced. Problem was identified quickly and part ordered and fitted within the week. Great value for money will definitely use again.”

“1) Came rather late due to difficult day. 2) Reset the Miele program that had been compromised by use of liquid tablets that produce too much foam. 3) Rerouted sink drainage flexible pipe-wrong since installation-excellent service. 4) Still says "Add Salt". Could not know that as wash cycle still running when left.”

“Lee was quick to spot the mistake your previous engineer had made - not pushing the dishwasher right back into its space. Lee had originally diagnosed the problem with a broken hose and ordered a new one. Another engineer came to fit it but was too quick to finish the job properly. Thus I asked for Lee to do the job properly - which he did very quickly.”

“Hi. 3 stars for Glotech in this instance as there has been some to-ing and fro-ing about availability of parts for dishwasher repair, however 5 stars for Vladimir who arrived today and despite having some some challenges to reach the part requiring repair, left us will a fully functioning dishwasher. Very grateful.”
