“The engineer was polite and arrived on time. There was not much repair to the washing machine apart from resetting the child lock, and for that, I paid £77.94 instead of the £64,00 that I was quoted. I was really shocked at that and thought it was a rip off.”

“Quick and easy booking system with great professionalism from a masked repairman as well. Not the cheapest of course but happy to pay the extra cost for convenience and the peace of mind that if any other issue comes up as a result of initial repair, labour is all inclusive.”

“Waited for engineer from 0800 till 15.30 no show. Telephoned Glo-Tech to receive a recorded message informing me I was number 15 in the queue. I had waited for seven and a half hours and felt that I had waited long enough I rang off.”

“Glotech Engineer Andrew arrived punctually, immediately identified the fault on our Neff double oven and effected a repair within minutes. Perfect customer service at a very reasonable call out charge. Would definitely use Glotech again. Many thanks.”

“Carlos was fantastic. Fixed my washing machine and wine cooler in the same week. The part was ordered for my washing machine and arrived within a day and he re-gassed my wine cooler and it is working perfectly again. Great service, very professional and informative and excellent value. Highly recommend Glotech - we need to keep our electrical products going rather than sending them to land fill and replacing them!”
