“Very responsive and polite staff on the phone, wait time to get someone out to the house was Not short. Regretfully the engineer had to be called back as the problem had not been solved nor checked if resolved (another 4 days wait). But all is good now. This was 5 months after the same problem had been attended to by the same engineer. Was charged labor fee both times even though within 6 months.”

“Engineer was at my home at 8 30 am to repair my tumble dryer. Jim was a very pleasant gentleman and sorted out my problem without any difficult. I appreciated Jim telephoning beforehand to say he would be with me within 25 minutes, which he was. I have never used Glotech before and this is my 2nd call out within a week as my integrated fridge freezer also broke down and not cost effective to repair. With the help of Glotech I am looking at possible options and will review outcome once my problem has been dealt with. Thank you for the excellence service so far.”

“Emailed the company explaining the problem with our fridge/freezer. received a reply and schedule for a tech appointment. Good response from the company via email. The technician arrived on time, explained the problem and did the repair. I would recommend this company.”

“The guy who came out to us last week was very respectful to the our property and completed the job very quickly . They called to let me know they were on their way and He arrived in the time I ask for which was very helpful to me as I have a little one at home and needed the use of the cooker for later on . I was highly recommended them to family and friends and would use them in the future if we needed to Thank you to the team”

“My machine needed cleaning which because of age and heart + problems I can't manage myself. The main "repair" needed was the fabric conditioner drawer which wouldn't empty. The man was here 20 minutes. the drawer now empties but the machine is still in need of a clean. So I think that it was a very expensive repair.”
