“Hi, I have ticked 'acceptable' because although your engineer arrived as promised , the fault re-appeared a day later. Namely, the dish-washer tripped the mains electrical switch circuit, part way through the wash cycle, when it got to the drying phase. I appreciate that complex machines are difficult to fault find. your engineer is returning tomorrow Friday 18th August to have another go at it. Regards John Davies”

“You failed to state you were an intermediary. I needed an urgent repair for the following morning - which you accepted and booked in for a set time the following morning. I then get a call the following morning saying - oh we are the plumbers and cannot make an appointment as there is no availability and it would be the following week at the earliest. Misleading by you and a waste of time.”

“The Glotech engineer repaired our washing machine quickly and efficiently. I thought that there was something seriously wrong with it, but he quickly identified a little something caught up in the works: a twig! Glotech's number is now up on the wall, next to the twig, with a warning to all to take the twigs out of their jeans before washing them.”
