Turned up within repair slot , repaired washing machine, cleaned up after. Would recommend. Only annoying thing is they can only give you 4 hour time slots and apparently can't contact the engineer to find out a more accurate time of arrival.

Spent some time troubleshooting on my less than 4 years old Bosch dishwasher and explained the options. Trying two random non returnable circuit boards at £85 + vat and £150+vat plus labour which might not solve the fundamental problem. Not a good advert for Bosch, Glotech were fine.

2 nd time I have Glotech and they have engineers who know their business, washing machine door would not open, knew exactly the problem, reset on PCB. Excellent service.

He fixed my terrible and endlessly faulty cooker. I was disappointed that he didnt being the materials which i had specifically asked for on the phone so he will no doubt be returning in the near future.

After multiple visits from engineers and £180 in parts and labour the dishwasher wasn't fixed so we bought a new one

competent and friendly technician did the job. online site easy to use. up front cost helpful. only downside was parts were rather expensive but for the convenience of having them delivered and fitted that's no big deal.

The first engineer advised me that the compressor need replacing without conducting a thorough inspection to identify the true fault. In 2 minutes of arriving he left the premises with my £85.00 cheque for the service charge. About three days later I received an email from the service company (TSS Midlands Ltd) informing me of the cost for the replacement compressor and that it would take 12 weeks to obtain the part. I informed them that I could obtain the OEM part within 48 hours for a price that was more than £50.00 cheaper than that they had quoted and would they fit this. They agreed on the condition that they could not guarantee the work! I agreed and an engineer was dispatched to fit the part. The second engineer was decisively unhappy about removing the fridge freezer from the built in cabinet and was ready to leave without doing any work until I informed him that I had paid the extra charge for removal from the built-in unit. Very disgruntled he agreed to continue. and set about replacing the compressor. About three hours later he informed me that he had fitted the new compressor and although it was working correctly there appeared to be a fault with the PCB control unit. I spoke with the service company and we eventually agreed that if I purchased the part their engineer would fit it. Having purchased a new Neff PCB control unit I arranged for it to be fitted. The engineer arrived, fitted the part and told me the fridge freezer was working fine, it just needed a couple of hours or so to reach the required cool temperature.. I waited approximately 6 hours before I went to inspect the fridge freezer's temperature and discovered that both the fridge and freezer compartments were warm. I spoke to TSS Midlands the following day and was informed that they could do no more repairs as they had not guaranteed the work of their engineer.. I sent them an email confirming my conversation with them to which they replied stating that they were not responsible for do any further repairs to the fridge freezer. Clearly, the TSS Midlands engineer had not repaired the fridge freezer as they had claimed to have done.. I have spent over £345.00 on OEM parts and labour repair costs and TSS Midlands still cannot or now refuse to identify the true fault with the unit. It would have been more cost effective if I had purchased a new Neff fridge freezer. I would like to know why your chosen and authorised service company cannot supply replacement parts within a reasonable time (12 weeks is totally unacceptable) and at a realistic market price? I look forward to receiving a comprehensive response.

Multiple visits and no fix. What was done was bad workmanship, unnecessary and expensive, according to a pro. It's my 6.5 yr old Samsung fridge/freezer which the first guy said was a rubbish fridge/freezer anyway. Basically condemned it due 'system fault'. Well, we all know there's a fault in the system but he's the guy who knows all about it, but, sadly not. Fridges, freezers are pretty simple devices but the 'engineers' had only limited knowledge and a capabilities.
