“Having informed geotechnical tgat the problem could be the hinges, the technician took no longer than 5 minutes to tell me the springs had gone in the hinges. Charged me the call out fee and told me he would have to order the parts!”

“I had to recall the engineer on two occasions as my fridge was still not functioning correctly. However service from Glotech was good and they sent engineers back to my property promptly and the problem has now been resolved.”

“As it took three visits to resolve the issue with my oven, I was very glad only to pay one call out charge. The engineers were neat, tidy and extremely courteous workers but I was disappointed that a crucial fault was missed during the first visit which meant it took three calls to fix the problem instead of two. I was not chuffed to be left with the old parts to dispose of and would have expected these to be removed by the engineer.”
