“The person who arrived was very courteous and punctual however he didn't really do much except take the washing machine out of its place in the kitchen furniture, open it, look inside, play a bit with the settings, degree there is nothing wrong and I just have to put less clothes inside for the drying to work ("load it to between half and a third of its capacity"), close it up and put it back inside the furniture. He took the money alright but the drying works just as bad now as it was before.”

“So efficient and lovely staff. I have a dog and it can be difficult with delivery people, but the guys were great! The installation was quick and hassle free! Order to delivery was quick!”

“Your engineers are very good, they are polite and are always ready to give you informations. Your company is time concious, they attends to costomers' need in timely manner giving informations for delays. Your company is reliable with good engineers. However, it takes 3 visits before the fridge is completely repaired. I hope there won't be any problem with it soon. I give you 10**********”

“Tried to rip me of with the price of the spare part, gave me the wrong part number and insisted it was correct. I had to take the lead with many phone calls to get it all sorted. There was no leeway when it come to moving the repair forward even though the mistakes were from them”

“We were pleased that a repair was possible to our fairly old - but very dependable - dishwasher. Pleased with work & approach of the repair engineer/plumber. My only negative- initial call out fee was a bit steep - essentially that visit merely confirming the breakdown & identifying faulty part. Otherwise - good service.”

“Top oven element repaired and working again. Down side was that had to wait 8 days between technician's initial visit to diagnose problem and the return visit to fix part. Also, cost of part was charged at £20 more than was quoted by technician, but following a call to company we reached agreement on a fair price for the part.”

“Engineer came took one look of the fridge-freezer and said it was not economical to repair. Total time spent 5 minutes. I paid £80+vat for that privilege. :-(”

“Said engineer would arrive between 8 and 1 pm. Kept ringing up until 2.30pm. Said engineer would ring he didn't so I cancelled at nearly 3pm. Had to employ another company. Didn't receive an apology at all. So wouldn't use your company again”
