“Your contractor in Medway was an incompetent crook who took my money under false pretences. When I wrote to Glotech to complain it was totally ignored and never acknowledged. Had I had the time I would have reported you to Trading Standards for dubious practices.”

“It took around 2 weeks to get an engineers appointment and then they wouldn't fix on the day despite it being a fairly straightforward repair. They charged an extra call out fee and took another week to book the repair appointment but then cancelled on the day so I wasted a days annual leave. Time wasters.”

“The engineer was informative and friendly, it was a good experience. My only criticism is the call handler who originally took my call, she was not engaging or upbeat and I felt thoroughly deflated and quite annoyed by the end of the call. I rang back and spoke to one of the line managers about it because I was so unhappy about her lack of engagement.”

“I thought that the guys you sent over were excellent. You were very responsive and the timings were well coordinated. The first guy couldn't do it all as parts were needed, but it was quick to turn it around and they were very professional. My dishwasher is as good as new. Thanks again for all the help.”

“bait and switch, I was conned into booking an appointment that didn't exist. I therefore cancelled and asked for them to remove my personal details in terms of data protection act, which they failed to do.”

“The Glotech engineer was extremely pleasant and let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He mended my washing machine quickly and efficiently, and so far it seems to be working perfectly. Thankyou. Deborah Bateman”
