“Charged over £105 for 10 minutes to be told to buy a new fridge freezer. Bit of a rip-off as I was quoted £81, this Fee is supposed to include the labour of fitting new parts. won't bother next time, I get people have to make money but Jesus if you do that all day that's £600 an hour ?!!!?? just to tell people it's broken. I think it would be fairer if in these circumstances you reduced your fee as you cannot help, and effectively there is no labour and no return trip to fit parts. Phoned about the discrepancy in charges and was ignored, so yeh customer service after the fact was garbage as well.”

“The first person who called to assess the problem told me that the seal was broken, which it was, and that was causing the problem. A new one was ordered and fitted by a different man, who, although very nice, didn’t check that the machine was fixed. It wasn’t. Another visit was arranged and I was told that the circuit board was no doubt the issue. I decided to replace the dishwasher rather than spend more money on it.”
