“I was most impressed with the speed and efficiency of this service - both by the receptionist and the technician. The problem was dealt with the next day and the engineer gave good notice of the time he would be calling. I will certainly use this company again if necessary.”

“I have no complaints with the repair man as he never even got to see my washing machine. I booked an appointment for the day I had taken off, picked my chosen hours 8-1pm and paid. Glotech changed my appointment to a week later, with the times to “all day” so I just excepted it and booked another day off. I also had to telephone as they had incorrect details, I also pointed out that our address is notoriously difficult to find even in day light so not to allow the engineer to come in the dark. Today was the day for the repair, having been well over week without my machine. I get a call finally at 4.15pm from the engineer staying he would be 45mins getting to the next customer then on to me, obviously no idea of timings. So I telephoned customer services asking the “all day times” whoich are 8am-5pm. I encountered a very rude and flippant lady who and I quote said “ well do you want the machine fixed or not” I pointed out that I excepted the week changes, I excepted the time change to all day ( so I couldn’t even go out walking the dogs) but I had pointed out about coming in the dark, no notes were on my record or for the poor engineer who would have been ages trying to find our address. ( we are right off the beaten track, not where sat nav say we are ) So I have cancelled and hope I get a refund, I will come back and let you know if I dont. I found the whole booking process to be a complete shambles so disorganised, yet they take your money pretty quickly.”

Good Morning, I can see that the engineer did have several jobs for customers in the earlier bookings that took longer than expected obviously each repair can vary, in defence of the engineer He really did attempt to get to and complete every booking in his diary hence the notification to you and was prepared to work late to do so, we apologise that this was not suitable for you. Your repair has been cancelled and as we have not attended the property then accounts will refund the labour cost to you. I will also ask the customer service Manager to listen to the call recording and speak to the operative if the call was not dealt with appropriately. Thank you

“Your engineer tested the oven and confirmed that nothing was wrong with it . He suggested That ishould change the socket and plug which an electrician did professionally . Still the oven tripped the power after 15 of minutes of turning it on. I am lost between your engineer and the electrician. I paid 253 pounds for both which i could have bought a new oven instead . It is a time that trust is a rear commodity.”

Good morning, our engineers are appliance engineers and not covered to touch your actual home electrics and this is why the engineer when checking the appliance could not find a fault and saw that the socket was faulty. If you could email the evidence and confirmation of the electrician attending and his work notes we would be happy to book a follow up appointment to check the appliance again now the socket issue has been resolved for safety reasons - this would be a follow up to the first appointment so no Charge please email the details to repairs@glotech.com quoting your reference number and one of the team will be able to assist in rebooking. “Built-in oven repair. I was well impressed with the servlce Glotech repairs gave. Very easy to book on line, payment process easy, keep you up to date about appointment and the technician repaired my oven. Highly recommend.”

“First class service. Clear response by email about date and time of the repair, and the guy who arrived was friendly and very efficient. He spent time working his way through all the possibilities which might be affecting the dishwasher, and when he'd solved the problem, suggested ways to prevent it happening again. Very pleased with the result and the way our problem was handled.”

“The engineer who fixed our oven was extremely rude Reluctant to take his shoes off in our living room. Huffing and puffing like a teenager Complained and going on about how the component in our oven is so damaged… why else would we call you?”

“Our dishwasher stopped working just before Christmas, although we weren't entertaining over the festive period it still needed fixing. We found Glotech via a Google search and were really happy with the service we received. They managed to get an engineer out to us the following day, he called when he was on his way to give us 30 minutes' notice, and although he couldn't fix the problem there and then, he ordered a part and came back a couple of days later. We found Glotech extremely efficient and professional. They are now saved in my address book for future use!”

“Booked on the website for Monday, which was confirmed by you and as a landlord with multiple properties to manage seemed very convenient. Then received a call from another company saying they were doing the repair and couldn't come until Wednesday as they ONLY cover this area on Wednesdays. I called you and you basically just shrugged your shoulders and said they are the only ones that can do it. The other company mentioned they are regularly left to have to explain this to customers. This had the possibility of being a great service, however I will never use it again.”

“Rang Glotech repairs because my fridge /freezer was leaking. The engineer came the next day, he was knowledgeable, polite and very patient with me explaining what was wrong and how to fix it . He did manage to fix it . I would definitely recommend Glotech to my friends especially the engineer who fixed my appliance.”
