“The complete service from Glotech for the repair of our Neff combi/microwave oven has been first rate. From the fixed price for all visits to the initial diagnosis and the installation of the replacement parts it has been faultless. The Glotech engineer Andy, identified the problem, ordered the parts and returned to install them with the minimum of fuss and inconvenience. It was a complicated problem so some parts were ordered just in case. One wasn't used, it was returned to Glotech and the cost will be refunded. It wasn't the easiest of jobs but he was friendly, professional and efficient, a job well done.”

“Excellent service both from the sales team and the delivery and installation team. On the day of the delivery and installation I was given advance notice of their arrival time. The installation was completed in a very professional manner and the team tested the dishwasher before leaving. As usual, a very stress free experience from glowtec.”

Good morning - I understand from the notes that the appliance repair was not completed due to the cost of the parts required (NTC and PCB) the pricing given is for labour only and this does not include parts this is made clear on all calls by the team. we do hope that when you replace your appliance you have many years of great service from it - thank you

“I had the first 2 appointments cancelled by you. Engineer came 2 weeks after initial contact to repair fridge/freezer. Engineer when he came was very polite and left no mess. Fault was a tiny fan (2nd time this has happened to my Hoover freezer - not yet 2 years old), but was charged £244.75 for a replacement plus the £81.54 call out fee. As the spare part from Hoover costs £167.06 (itself a rip off) I am disappointed to be charged an extra £77.69 for this part. Engineer was scheduled to fit new part several days later with a AM slot. After phoning asking where he is, he turned up at 15.15. Would not use this company again.”

“The gentleman was very prompt and helpful, when the repair was completed he returned the kitchen to normal. Also when completed he asked if there was anything I needed help with, being disabled this was greatly appreciated.”

“The only good thing about me using this company was Neil the repair man very polite and friendly, as for the company I rang them 3 times they said they would call back guess what they didn’t call once would I use them again definitely not would I recommend them to anyone definitely not.”

It is disappointing that you feel let down by the communication with Glotech, you booked on the 6th - the engineer attended on the 7th and unfortunately when the engineer attended he did not have the correct door seal on the van stock so the order was placed for this on the same day. We completed the repair for you and apologise for the delay completing on the 13th. However I am pleased that you found the engineer met the expected standards.

“Excellent service, phoned in the morning got an appointment to repair oven for the next day and Max arrived around 8.15 and repaired within 15-20 minutes.”
