“I had an engineer booked4 weeks ago, the engineer came, assessed for spare part, which was ordered. Every time engineer was due to fit part, I was called to say engineer had bug. This happened 3 times up to Christmas, which left me without a fridge for the holidays. I am awaiting my refund as will never use them again and never recommend them. The staff were totally unhelpful. B”

“We had no confirmation of the time of the visit so I phoned AND repairs to get the time and pay in advance. They said they couldn't come until Dec 29th. So I cancelled.”

“My 15 year old freezer broke down losing all my Christmas food. It couldn’t be repaired so the wonderful Glotech lady sourced me a freezer and it was fitted two days before Christmas. The installation engineers were excellent, polite and cleared up. Cant recommend highly enough”

“Excellent booking system, engineer on time and very knowledgeable. But, £93 for an engineer to visit for 5 minutes and say we need a new machine is extortionate. Next time, we will go straight to buying a new machine.”

“Called to arrange an appointment to have my oven fixed, my details were taken down and an email confirmation was sent to me to advise the engineer would visit me between 8am-1pm next day. I waited in until 1pm and then looked up the reviews on this company, i was surprised at the amount of negative feedback anther at 1;15pm decided to call the engineer's office to be told "no such booking was made or confirmed" in hinds sight should have looked at reviews first - very dissatisfied with the whole experience - would never use again and i would advise to read the reviews and make your own mind up”

“Very poor. We booked a tumble drier repair that has turned into a month of reschedules and excuses. Three visits - one to diagnose problem. One where engineer turned up but didn’t have correct tools to fix. One where he asked for help to move appliance then said another part had broken. Then we had several rescheduled appointments where apparently the part we needed was frozen in a box…? Extremely unhelpful and now refusing to refund. All of this for a broken tumble drier belt. Please do not use their service! Feel as though this repair service is a scam.”

I would need your details to find the booking on the system if the Full name has not been left on an " Anonymous" review, I asked for the details so that we can ensure they are correct and investigate fully - this is to try and assist you not be difficult- thank you for the reference I can see that the part has been sent to your home address there have been several attempts by team members to call you even today an email was sent to you and a call made at 10:14 at 11:23 we are still trying to contact you. “BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS QUICH TO ASSIST BUT DONT BOOK APPOINTMENT. Called yesterday to make an appointment, was given a morning slot 8am-1pm and a price - waited till 1;15pm and called the number on the email confirmation and in the meantime looked at the reviews of this company ( in hindsight should have looked prior to booking) All the reviews send alarms out “DO NOT USE” “WASTE OF TIME” I called the number on the email and they told me not such booking had been made as Glotech do not have access to their diaries - therefore wast of time booking through them as you may as well go direct to the company. Very disappointing service - luckily I’m not out of pocket and can still shop around but the inconvenience of a wasted morning.”

I am sorry that it looks like you booked with one of the Branches and we genuinely do not have access for the diary of those branches as they are booking into different areas. when on the phone the operative may have supplied you with the details for the correct branch. I am sorry that the service did not run smoothly for you on this occasion and wish you well with your repair for the appliance. Thank you

Good morning, I am sorry to see your review, however I cannot find your repair in our system with out the correct details, please could you email to repairs@glotech.com providing your booking reference and contact details so that this can be investigated asap to resolve for you. It may be that you are posting this on the incorrect review site ? You could be booked in a different area with Southeast or London South branches which I have no access to the diary to see. Therefore with the correct information I may be able to assist in having this investigated quicker for you. Thank you
