“very pleased with the repair to my oven.cost was as advertised and the work was done at the agreed apointment time.The engineer was very helpfull and quickly sourced the problem. would be more than happy to use again.”

“Thought it was a bit of a rip off in that as i had already told you that the code coming up on the screen was E3 which is the load sensor on the motor he confirmed it and cost of new motor which would have to be ordered was x then that was it from the engineer.”

“Booked on a Sunday for a Wednesday slot, very quick. Engineer called in advance. diagnosed and repaired the heating element. Very efficient and would recommend.”

“You said you could fix anything but the engineer came round tried to fix it but in the end said no but it still cost me £85”

“I had an oven door and washing machine seal to repair. The young lady on the phone explained they would need to order and supply the parts - hence slight delay in getting engineer out. After some discussion and nudging from me, she agreed to book both repairs for the same appointment which seemed sensible to me. She was polite and helpful. The engineer, Jim, arrived as expected and was absolutely brilliant fixing both issues efficiently and tidying up afterwards. He was polite and professional - a credit to your company. Looking at some reviews I am pleased to have had Jim!”

“I booked an oven repair and, after waiting a week from the initial visit, I chased up only to be told it couldn't be done. No refund either. If you want to pay £89 for nothing, these are your guys”

“Beware of using this company as they priced the parts I needed for a repair at 1000% above the available price on the same parts elsewhere. In my person view this constitutes rogue trading.”

“Awful service, spent ages waiting for the call to be answered...I was no.16 at the start. Agreed a repair time, then they cancelled it 2 hours later and said they only had a slot 3 days later! Basically its a national call centre making appointments locally when there aren't any available! Not happy and wasted my time.”

“Engineer told me that the washing machine was not cost effective to repair and noise was a bearing and AEG only sold as a part of the drum so I cannot comment on repairs.. still cost the whole call out charge for 5 mins visit… I know that you pay for the experience but has made me realise that it’s cheaper to renew than repair in many cases!”
