“Booked appointment for 13/09/2021 got conformation, then got rearranged appointment for the 12/09/21 i phoned to explain that i had to go out that morning so unless engineer could be with me before 9 appointment would have to be changed, had text back to say i was first call 8 O'clock. Engineer called at 8.02am to say he would be with me in about 50/55 minuets, i told him i was not happy and he asked did i still want him to come i said yes, 9.40 no show phoned engineer, he called .me a liar and said i told him not to come. I run a small heating company who carry out boiler service and repairs 1st call 8 oclock is first call 8 oclock and not when it suits engineer especially on a sunday morning.”

“Fantastic service. I had a repair man call in a say earlier than scheduled as they had a cancellation. He worked out what was wrong with my dishwasher. I paid for parts and visit and he was back the following week to fix it. My dishwasher is working well. It's a really old model so was a risk to spend on it but has been worth it.”

“We had a friendly engineer who came and happily fixed our oven. The problem we had was the company made a mistake with our invoice. I paid the engineer in full on the day and they had missed of a charge of £11.79 I have since been threatened with court action. When I called to find out what was wrong I had horrendous customer service and was told I was petty. It’s such a shame as I would of used the company again but they need to address customer service.”

“Booked on line no problems. There were some difficulties with the automated phone system they used to then confirm the booking, however Gavin arrived on time, diagnosed and completed the repair. No messing about, as no parts were needed it was fixed in 30 minutes he was open about the fault I felt the pricing was fair and the service spot-on. I I had confidence in Gavin. Will certainly use them again as my first point of call.”

“I had a very problematic AEG dishwasher, which took several visits to sort out not Glotech's fault, it was just one of those things. They handled the problem very well and their engineers were excellent. I would use them again if I had a problem”

“I am very happy with the Service provided by Glotech, and very grateful to the Glotech Engineers’ determination to get both ovens of my cooker working again so save the cooker from falling into waste land. When I reported to the maker of the cooker that the duel ovens were out of order and they claimed they were not repairable as the cooker was out of production and suggested I should ditch the cooker. None of the engineers working for the maker wanted to come out even I beg them to come to just have a look to the ovens and identity the faults. My cooker is just 12 years old, it would be a whole waste to ditch if I listened to the maker. What a different and heroic attitude of the Glotech Engineers are– they came first to identify the faults, then searched parts far and wide to replace the faulty one, then fitted the parts to bring back the life of ovens. Thanks, Glotech. You do not only repair my ovens but also contribute to save the planet by eliminating a big waste. S&M at Oxford”

“Unfortunately my oven was not worth repairing which sadly is the case with most appliances these days over 7 years old however we did see that the engineer did a thorough investigation but there were too many faults to make it worthwhile. He was very polite, arrived on time and was wearing a mask.”
