“A quick response to a request for a repair to my broken fridge. The engineer arrived in less than 48 hours and carried out a thorough repair and was very personable and polite. I have two minor comments. Although it was pouring down outside he didn't have any shoe coverings and also when booked I was surprised that they were unable to specify whether the engineer would come in the morning or afternoon. This makes it difficult if you have another appointment. In the event, he arrived at 10.00am.”

“The engineer was lovely. I couldent belive it g C ost me over£80 for them to tell me my washing machine was broken!! The date I areanted was changed a couple of times leaving me without a washer for a week. It wasn’t next day as it said on the website.”

“My Neff hob was temperamental sadly the engineer said the replacement board was a special order and if ordered was unreturnable. So I have had to order a whole new unit. Fingers crossed.”

“Although our washing machine was unrepairable, the engineer came in and told us exactly what was wrong with the machine even though we have had LG repairers come out on numerous occasion telling us there’s nothing wrong with it even though it was leaking. So we decided to call out an independent engineer who identified the problem immediately. In future with my new washer if I need a repair, I will come directly to yourselves.. Thank you”

“On time, pleasant helpful engineer. He told us what we suspected that our elderly Miele was broken beyond economical repair! Would definitely use Glotech again ( hopefully not too soon!) and not hesitate to recommend to others.”

“Five minutes to confirm fault but quoted cost of component made repair not worthwhile. Cost of call out more than I expected as not told the quoted cost did not include VAT. Feel hard done by.”

“Recently had a problem with our 10 year old Bosch washing machine door , which had broken and needed prizing open initially, then replacing. Leo, our engineer, first visited to free the door and then returned a week later to fix the new part , which had been understandably difficult to source in the current climate and given the age of the machine. Throughout the process he was friendly, very competent and kept us appraised of the situation. Highly recommended and we consider his customer service excellent. Thanks again Leo , superb service.”

“Booked a dish washer repair on line for Tuesday 22. Waited in all day rang them at 2.30 and they told me no one is coming there had been a problem with computer. Full days wage lost sat waiting for them. Pathetic”
