“Really impressed by Glotech. Fast and efficient response when contacted. Appointment available within a day or two. Engineer called in advance and arrived on time. He was very pleasant and efficient and solved the problem quickly, but took the time to check the relevant parts of the machine. He reinstalled and reconnected the machine before he left. Excellent service and great value for money. Thank you Glotech.”

“Excellent service. Adam was polite and very quickly identified and rectified the problem, then cleaned up any mess.Would definitely use them again if required .”

It is fair to say that on occasions the engineer can be delayed on a previous repair taking slightly longer than expected which is why we cannot offer a specific time and stick to all day, AM or PM, Its great to know that the service was a great experience for you - thank you

“I had a problem with my Samsung Microwave oven and called Glotech for a repair. The repair was completed quickly and I now have a fully functioning oven. This saved an appliance from the tip and saved money compared to a new item. I will use Glotech again, it's a very good service.”

“Absolute disgrace Had a confirmation of appointment on 31st Oct. Received a Text to say engineer can not make that date and the next next available date 7th Nov. Waited in all day no engineer. Got a call to say he had a puncture late pm and was rebooked for today 8th. Just got a text to say not coming today can I call office to rebook. Complete time wasters”

“I am left feeling very disgruntled with Glotech. I do understand that without actually seeing a broken Washing Machine a diagnosis cannot be made. But to be charged £82 for a technician to come just to look at my machine turn a few switches and then declare that it’s broken ( which I knew already that’s why I called Glotech ) and that I need a new machine and then leave my house to his next appointment after approximately just 9 mins makes me feel like I have paid for absolutely nothing. Why would you not offer a partial refund when very little or no work has been done?. When I called to discuss this matter I was told that Glotech might be able to offer me a discount on installation on of my new machine if I bought it from them, but why would I buy any goods from them when I feel I have been cheated!. I will not be using this company again.”

“I have a problem with my Hotpoint fridge/freezer, making a ticking noise. The engineer who came had been before when I reported it to a local firm. He did not solve the problem then. I chose a different firm this time, but the same man arrived. He examined my appliance, adjusted a couple of things, and assured me it was not a fire risk as I was worried about that. However, the ticking is still there, albeit not as much. In an open-plan lounge/kitchen, it is annoying to keep hearing the tick. The engineer was very pleasant and tried his best to ease my worries, but I still have an appliance which ticks.”
