“Booked them online as it said they were available on Monday. Then they called and not available until Weds which went out to Thursday. I specifically clarified whether the parts are still available for a Beko dishwasher which is no longer manufactured. Otherwise I would forsake the cost of an engineer visit and just get a new one. They said yes. The engineer said it couldn’t be fixed as they don’t have those parts. Also, they told my tenants this, but didn’t call me or update me at the time. I had to call them the next day to confirm.”

“Really disappointed with the service if completely honest. The guy who came out was a lovely guy but had absolutely no confidence in him. £100 call out, £250 for a part that was fitted and within seconds ruined, now needed yet another completely different part at £250 . Kitchen sockets tripped tripped out leaving fridge and freezer with no power, i wasn’t told it had tripped out. Refund was given after the first part was ruined , which I’m assured will be credited back into my bank account, obviously didn’t pay £250 for second part as wasn’t paying £500 for parts and £100 call for a microwave that cost £450. Was quoted for replacement microwaves at the cost of nearly £900. You guessed it won’t be using these again.”

“Engineer turned up 2 1/2 hours late and didn’t have a replacement bulb of the right size for an Electrolux cooker. £90 paid for nothing and will never use this firm again . Engineer was polite and apologetic , however .”

could I confirm for you that if the engineer did not have the correct item on his van stock the part could be ordered in and that would be the only charge, the engineer return visit and repair is included in the original on off labour cost. - Thank you

“For an average service, these people sure know how to charge an exceptional fee £160 for a lamp for my cooker hood (without the lamp!) and a separate charge - for the same visit - of £111 to replace a lost screw in the cooker door. Never again!”

“Multiple issues with delays in getting parts, changed date for repair. Late on day of repair with no information, then a no-show and cancellation on the day of repair. Awful service from start to finish. Wasted three weeks of time and one day of waiting in. Now waiting for a refund.”

“Terrible experience. Did not fix the problem and then tried to suggest that the fault could be different to the original and may incur further call out charges. Customer service was also poor and uncompassionate. Will not be using again.”

“Hi, I have booked a dishwasher repair on October 24th. My case was assigned to the Glotech Repairs South London branch. Since then, I received 6 visits from 2 technicians. The first technician made a diagnostic that turned out to be incorrect. The second visit he realised he ordered the wrong spare part. The third time he removed the wrong valve so he couldn't repair the dishwasher After calling a minimum of 6 times to the call centre and spoken with Ben and several representatives, they sent another technician. I was expecting Ben to come to my house in person as this became a real problem and you admitted you didn't manage things properly and you weren't providing a good service. At this point I am not concerned about the 'customer satisfaction' but I want my dishwasher up and running. Today (6th visit), the technician seems to have burnt out the dishwasher (it smells, and it generated a short circuit that cut off the light). As you can tell, this is unacceptable! I called the call centre but due to short staff, there was nobody there to pick my call. Regards, Federico”

“I Had my AEG microwave oven repaired in October 21 it’s broken down again today 27th November 22. Apparently they only give 6 Months warranty. So my advice is to go direct to the manufacture and get 12 months”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. We booked a repair for yesterday, no one ever showed up , I even called to make sure an engineer was still coming and they reassured me that the engineer was on the way and the repair booking was showing on the system. We waited all day and no one ever showed up. This is ridiculous because not only we needed urgently this repair and we could have fixed it in another way but they wasted our time and we cancel work plans to wait for the engineer. This is not a treatment you should give customer! All the situation is ridiculous.”
