“Very disappointing. Charged 3 separate call out fees for 3 appliances which were all looked at on the same visit by the same guy. (£267 later!) No resolution to fix any of the appliances. I feel pretty ripped off and will not use again or recommend.”

I feel that you comments are unfair to the business and the engineer .This is a very disappointing review to read about one of our top engineers who has a great reputation with our customers. looking at the notes on the system against your repairs, each appliance is treated differently as each may require time according to the appliance issues. All of your appliances have been diagnosed by a very experienced engineer His work notes state a) American style F/F - solenoid to activate the ice feed damaged " customer will prefer to get ice cubes out manually rather than replace the assembly case augur motor" b) Hoover tumble drier E15 error indicates heater relay, condenser is choked up and never been cleaned which has caused the issue with the heater relay and heater. requires new pcb, condenser and heater customer will replace locally c) Wine Cooler- Compressor faulty which has caused an issue with the pcb. Requires new Compressor and regas, as well as pcb. Customer will replace the unit later. Parts could be ordered for you if you had chosen to proceed. Thank you

“My Bosch dishwasher was leaking and was promptly fixed a very nice man efficiently. That is £81 well spent and very happy with the friendly and helpful service. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND!”

“Francisco ( hope I spelt this correctly ) was polite, professional and friendly. By the time he arrived....seven days later.... the problem had resolved itself, so no repairs were required. To date, combi microwave is working as usual. We of course expect to pay for a " call out " charge, and were happy to do so. Should we experience another problem with our combi microwave or our oven, we hope that this charge would be taken into consideration as Francisco assured us it would.”
