“Nothing worse than a washing machine giving up on you. Being slightly concerned I was going to spend as much having to repair as buying a new (cheap) machine, I decided to take the risk. I was able to book an appointment within 2 days for an all-day slot. Received a shorter slot on the morning of the repair day and then a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Engineer came, looked and listened for 30 seconds and diagnosed the issue. Parts replaced and machine up and running again. Spend a total of 120 which was worth it. Thanks”

“Geotech engineer came to repair my microwave. The integrated appliance was not put back the right way. Noticed it after the engineer had left and contacted Glotech. They responded very promptly and send the engineer back and everything was put right. I was really impressed with the customer service and the engineer did apologise. Most companies do not want to know you once the bill has been paid. Glotech's attitude was 5*. Can only recommend and will use them again.”

“Microwave was diagnosed fast (‘dead’ radio interference suppressor) and sound common sense advice given. I was told GloTech repair all appliances except those requiring a Gas Safe engineer (the old Corgi) and I would use them again. I had Gavin.”

“Called Glotech late Friday afternoon and booked Monday morning engineer appointment. Engineer phone 10 mins before arrival so was all prepared when he arrived at the house. Replaced fan oven element, tested oven and all completed within 30 minutes. Excellent service from the office and the engineer. Will not hesitate to use again should I need any other appliance repaired.”

“Alex arrived as arranged and expertly conducted a thorough diagnostic on the washing machine. We decided not to proceed with a repair, and Alex advised on the benefits of replacement. A very satisfactory operation.”

“Very professional company. Was called an hour before the engineer was due to arrive. Did a very thorough inspection of my washing machine, unfortunately the parts for the repair would have cost more than a new one. Will definitely use them again should I need a repair in the future.”

Thank you for the review and the positive feedback - it is very frustrating for a customer when the repair is unable to be completed however it is great when the customer can see that the engineer has done all that is possible to repair, we do hope that your replacement appliance gives you many years of great service.

“I really like your service and have used you in the past, in general the service is excellent. However some constructive feedback that would get the rating to 5 stars: 1. The online booking system has on each occasion allowed me to book a date and time which is great, but without exception you have then contacted me to confirm the visit for the day after the one implied online. This feels like a policy to encourage bookings with a faster service than you actually can deliver. 2. On this occasion my dishwasher reset itself on the sunday ahead of the engineer visit on the monday, and therefore no repair was required. Whilst I understand that your business model is a flat call out rate, as a returning customer a small gesture on the rate would have been appreciated but wasn't offered. Other than these two points, all excellent!”

We do appreciate and value when a customer reaches out with positive feedback that we can listen too and this will be passed back to the team. in the mean time obviously the labour cost is carried over for 6 months if this intermittent fault returns and you do require us to reattend there would not be a charge.
