“Engineer came out to resolve a drainage issue with my washing machine, sump full of dirt which he cleaned out. 30 minutes after he left my kitchen floor flooded again, phoned to get him back, after 3 days of no response called office and told thy couldn’t get another engineer out for another 5 days. Got another company around same day and was told previous engineer hadn’t connected sump back properly and didn’t even clean it out properly. Spoke with their office about possible refund and pretty unsympathetic”

“Excellent Service although first appointment had to be cancelled they called me the next day to say they had a cancellation the following day which I had. Andrew was excellent and went out his way although had difficulty either the attorney no. Certainly will use again and recommend to friends Mrs Adams North Somercotes”

“Customer service was efficient, price fair on labour and I had 3 visits as it wasn’t straight forward. Jerry and Alex explained everything they did to give me confidence that it could be fixed. Very pleased with the service.”

“Geotech arrived early morning having phoned to let us know. The technician found the issue with the dishwasher pump and the washing machine fault needed a lock replacement which was ordered and paid for on the day. Another visit to fit the lock will be included in the first call out charge thankfully. I was surprised that 2 x Miele appliances in the same kitchen and 2 call out charges in full seemed a lot of expense. I would expect the second appliance work to be set at a reduced price. That said I would recommend Glotech and are happy with their service”
