“We could get an appointment very quickly and the engineer gave his advice on what the issue was and roughly what the costs were. This was followed up with a telephone call confirming the costs and if offered an appointment to carry out the repair.”

“Fantastic Service! Engineer Javid called ahead to advise what time he will be at my property. Arrived on time as promised. He was polite and courteous and got straight to the job in hand. Javid identified the fault, and sought to repair (removed sock which had got stuck from underneath the washing machine drum causing the drum to seize) Javid kept his work station tidy. Javid made final adjustments and just like magic the washing machine was fixed. Please can you pass my thank you to Javid, he is an asset and a good ambassador for your company.”

“Efficient call handling service and very quick engineer service. They resolved a poor service I experienced with my Care Plan organisation who were useless. I now have a new Heat Pump Tumble Dryer in place of my irreparable condenser dryer. Thanks Glotech for your prompt help.”

“No complaints about the repairs service but the communication with your sales department was shocking. Our fridge freezer couldn’t be repaired so your chap said he’d contact the sales dept. A young lady did contact me and I asked her to give me a call back the following morning which didn’t happen. Since then I have contacted you twice and you said on both occasions I would be sent options regarding purchasing a new fridge freezer which again has never happened. I will now be taking my custom elsewhere.”

“Kupperbush Team , It has been nearly 5 months waiting for my oven to be fixed ! I have received no responses or updates from you only excuses if you don’t have the answer who does ! Basically I feel you are all taking a piss at my expense ! Im sorry but this is unacceptable I have been waiting since November and we are nearing April now !! This service is pathetic no one should be made to suffer for so long !”

“My experience with Glotech has been horrendous from the day they delivered the dishwasher. I had purchased a Gold Install Service worth £149.00 (£124 after discounts from charges adjusted from repair visit) along with the appliance purchase. They were supposed to be installing the dishwasher and removing the old one. However, on arrival the person delivering advised that the will change this to delivery only as they saw some droplets under the main kitchen sink pipe and suspected a minor leak. The delivery person advised that he will change the order to delivery only and we could go ahead and get our own tradesman to install. We got the unit installed ourselves without any issues and since then I have been chasing Glotech for refund. I called nearly 8 times over two weeks spoke with more than half a dozen people who promised me call backs that never happened. I finally wrote them an email on 27/03 stating my intention to go legal and managed to finally get in touch with them today to be advised that they wouldn't refund my money without giving a valid reason. I have asked them to give this to me in writing and will now be taking a legal recourse. They way Glotech has dealt with my issue, I highly regret doing a purchase through them and would ask the other consumers to keep this in mind if they intend to make a purchase through Glotech.”

“Excellent service, I had a faulty dishwasher, the service engineer Max arrived the next day to fix my machine - it needed a new part, this was ordered immediately and once in stock Max returned to repair the machine, he was prompt, called me before arrival and mended my appliance. I can highly recommend this company”
