“Excellent service, I had a faulty dishwasher, the service engineer Max arrived the next day to fix my machine - it needed a new part, this was ordered immediately and once in stock Max returned to repair the machine, he was prompt, called me before arrival and mended my appliance. I can highly recommend this company”

“Engineer fine ....background staff poor...failed to get product information out efficiently...forced to go elsewhere to order/ purchase product .....will not be coming back to company”

Good afternoon, I understand from your repair report that the appliance was beyond repair due to damage in the wall of the appliance - this is very frustrating for any customer , however I believe your comments relate to the time taken for the follow up from our sales team to get the quote back to you, from Friday the 17th to Tuesday the 21st. We can only apologise for the inconvenience for this delay due to the work pressure and number of quotes requested. We do hope that your new appliance gives you many years of great service and are sad that we lost your customer for the purchase. - thank you for the feedback which will be passed to the team.

“From going on line and booking, to getting the job done was brilliant young man ( can't remember his name, sorry) got the job done really quickly, only wish you had done the vat at the same time on line adding to engineer as I thought it was £67 + parts, but the vat was added on the day to take it up to £81 plus parts, so it came to £97, I paid cash, £100 but he never had change, so I told him to keep it, but apart from that a brilliant job”

“Emailed Confirming time and date. Email stated that if I don’t hear anything else the technician would turn up on that day. The time passed and no one came. I called the contractor that they had hired for the job. They had never received any request and never heard of the job.”

“Engineer came and repaired the oven quietly and .efficiently. The oven looks good as new. I like the way Giotech operate with one charge to cover all the labour costs.”
