“jThe engineer arrived promptly but unfortunately he was unable to repair the machine due to the condition of the interior casing. He did me the honour of placing it outside. I will certainly keep you in mind should any of my appliances need attention.”

“My only gripe is that the first receptionist I spoke to, to arrange a meeting, was rather off-hand. I then received an email to say the meeting I had purposefully arranged for the afternoon as we were out in the morning, had been re-timed (without discussion). I phoned to say we are not here, as I had made clear and cancelled. The engineer then turned up at 8.30 the next morning, fortunately completing his work before we had to leave the house. What a shambles, especially as he had come from Walsall. The engineer himself was courteous and efficient but he spare part is unavailable, sadly”

“Nothing worse than a washing machine giving up on you. Being slightly concerned I was going to spend as much having to repair as buying a new (cheap) machine, I decided to take the risk. I was able to book an appointment within 2 days for an all-day slot. Received a shorter slot on the morning of the repair day and then a call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Engineer came, looked and listened for 30 seconds and diagnosed the issue. Parts replaced and machine up and running again. Spend a total of 120 which was worth it. Thanks”

“Geotech engineer came to repair my microwave. The integrated appliance was not put back the right way. Noticed it after the engineer had left and contacted Glotech. They responded very promptly and send the engineer back and everything was put right. I was really impressed with the customer service and the engineer did apologise. Most companies do not want to know you once the bill has been paid. Glotech's attitude was 5*. Can only recommend and will use them again.”

“Microwave was diagnosed fast (‘dead’ radio interference suppressor) and sound common sense advice given. I was told GloTech repair all appliances except those requiring a Gas Safe engineer (the old Corgi) and I would use them again. I had Gavin.”

“Called Glotech late Friday afternoon and booked Monday morning engineer appointment. Engineer phone 10 mins before arrival so was all prepared when he arrived at the house. Replaced fan oven element, tested oven and all completed within 30 minutes. Excellent service from the office and the engineer. Will not hesitate to use again should I need any other appliance repaired.”

“Alex arrived as arranged and expertly conducted a thorough diagnostic on the washing machine. We decided not to proceed with a repair, and Alex advised on the benefits of replacement. A very satisfactory operation.”
