“Our AeG dish washer had an error code! we contacted cust service and they arranged an engineer in two days. They communicated through out keeping us informed of the progress of our work. Chris and Daiv came to do the repairs. Their first repairs went through a successful test run but soon failed. They came back immediately and identified a hidden leak and fixed it. Excellent work and they said our dishwasher was good for many years and there was no need to change it. Also Chris said none of the ordered parts (£80) were needed and refunded the money back! Amazing service and I would always hire them in future!!”

“nightmare to begin with but they came when the repair job had been done and i was not satisfied with the repair then machine acted normally when the repair man came and they did not charge me.Be warned any replacement part is sent to your home address”

“Vladimir came to my house on Wednesday 30th March 2022 to fix my 2009 Miele washing machine. He inspected it, immediately recognised it was a blockage in the outlet pipe. He showed it to me, cleaned it, explained why this was not unusual for Miele's and then reinstalled. He then restarted the drainage cycle. I had also been worried about the spin cycle noise but he said that it was a lid design flaw. Since then my machine has worked like a dream and I am not concerned about the noise. I'm extremely pleased with Vladimir's work, he clearly understands Miele's in particular. Thank you to Vladimir, who was also very polite, business-like and a great credit to Glotech!”

“Contacted on Monday Afternoon. Repair date set for following day. Message later to say repair between 0800 and 1300. Call at 0730 to say he would be here in 20 minutes which he was. Repair (replacement water heater in dishwasher) effected within the hour and tested. Couldn’t get any any better than this. Thank you.”

“My first time using this company and would definitely use them again. Everything was easily booked, the engineer then arrived on time, was polite, clean and tidy and checked pretty much everything in the dishwasher until he had to concede that it was beyond repair. He seemed more disappointed than me! I have no hesitation recommending this company.”

“The engineer arrived when expected but was unable to resolve the problem. Although the induction hob is only six years old parts are not available to mend the fault. Disappointing outcome.”

“Paid £94 for a 10 min conversation with engineer (Andrew?). who said we needed a new Fridge/Freezer. He said Glotech would contact later that day to discuss new replacement. No call. Phoned at 9.00 next morning and was 12th in the queue!!! Waited ages previously when 3rd in queue so alarm bells rang there. Decided to go elsewhere with a company who gave us excellent service. Flabergasted when exactly one week later Glotech contacted me to arrange a new Fridge/Freezer. Reviews on website seem mixed some good some dreadful. I should have done my diligence before contact Glotech in the first instanace. Attention to detail seems lacking.”

“We advised the problem,gave the Dryer Model number and stated that the heating element was failing…however when the engineer came, he confirmed our correct assessment but said he did not have the part. What was the point of him coming without the part, which is readily available from AEG for £108. Your office then called us to say the part required would cost £167.99, in other words you have added another £60 to the official, AEG, cost of this part…. So although the engineer failed to have the part, and stated that we would only have to pay for the part, you are adding an extra £60 on top of the £80+ we have already paid for what turned out to be a pointless visit by your engineer. This is surely unacceptable practice and I would like to know why you are trying to charge us twice for what should be a routine replacement”
