“The engineer assessed and carried out the repair in two visits. Both times he was efficient and professional with a friendly manner. The appointments were backed up with texts that made the whole process run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this service.”

“This latest visit was to replace a broken cord which attached to a spring in our integral dishwaher. It was a supplementary visit as the first one only one new cord was available.”

“Appointment easy to make. Engineer turned up as booked and worked very efficiently. He found the needed spare parts but gave his advice to replace with new, which I followed. Impressive service”

“Arrived following day calling 20 minutes prior to arrival with a competent engineer who diagnosed washing machine internal leak within minutes and repaired / refitted hose quickly. Completed numerous cycle tests and refitted under worktop. Only downside was not being informed whether arriving am or pm. Will definitely use again but hopefully will never need to.”

“Thanks for arriving on time, pity you weren't able to repair my old washing machine, as it wasn't economically viable, thanks all the same, I realise you have lots of costs and that if the repair was economical, the almost £90 would have been more than well spent. Regards, Bruno”

“Engineer didn't turn up, no call or message to explain. I had to phone glotech the next day to complain and they didn't know either. Pretty disgusted with glotech and their engineer. Have received no explanation/apology since. Will not be using glotech again.”
