“I was not completely satisfied with the repair/diagnostics agent who was paid to diagnose the issue. He did not pull the offending part out to show me the damage. He did not remove the item and put an electrical tester on it to confirm continuity of the heat pump either. I did pay a reasonable amount of money for the service and thought a 5 minute visual inspection was not good enough. The technician was on time and friendly though and assured me he had seen this all before. We were offered a discount on a replacement machine though which we were not expecting.”

“George has been great. Came out next day, got everything ordered and straight back to fit two business days later. Fully fixed and tested and very personable. Would recommend glotech”

“Highly recommend, customer service and communication excellent. The engineer was pleasant and knowledgeable and came with part so American Fridge Freezer was repaired in 20mins, the engineer phoned back a few hours later to check if fridge freezer was still running and getting cold. Payed with card reader which the engineer had. Cost of part and call out was very reasonable and have 3 months warranty cheaper than a new American Fridge Freezer. Excellent company.”

“I found your engineer quite patronising He proceeded to tell me I would be better off with a front loader for economic reasons This machine of mine has served me well for over 20 years It is not for your engineer to tell customers what they should or should not be doing”

“Excellent service. Arrived promptly at the beginning of the agreed time slot. Carried out detailed tests on my washing machine & quoted the cost of the parts required. Given the age of my washing machine & the cost it was a no brainer to opt to purchase a new washing machine. The Engineer gave me good advice on what model to go for.”

“The operator was helpful in obtaining a prompt appointment for the engineer to attend. He attended punctually, was very pleasant and professional and took his time to thoroughly locate and correct the probable cause of a leak. And Glotech was slightly cheaper than Bosch.”
