“Hi booked Glo tech to repair a rangemaster induction hob. Engineer came out and was very nice he gave me a price for the part which was £590.92, which I later found online for £300 however the next day they ring and say the actual cost is more likely to be £2500. Very strange. Won't be using again obviously wish I'd never rang them in the first place. Definitely wouldn't use if you have a rangemaster.”

“Glotech was punctual, diagnosed the issue correctly and ordered parts that arrived the next day. The engineer was polite friendly and experienced. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of their operation and would certainly reccommend them”

“Arrived following day calling 20 minutes prior to arrival with a competent engineer who diagnosed washing machine internal leak within minutes and repaired / refitted hose quickly. Completed numerous cycle tests and refitted under worktop. Only downside was not being informed whether arriving am or pm. Will definitely use again but hopefully will never need to.”

“Thanks for arriving on time, pity you weren't able to repair my old washing machine, as it wasn't economically viable, thanks all the same, I realise you have lots of costs and that if the repair was economical, the almost £90 would have been more than well spent. Regards, Bruno”

“Engineer didn't turn up, no call or message to explain. I had to phone glotech the next day to complain and they didn't know either. Pretty disgusted with glotech and their engineer. Have received no explanation/apology since. Will not be using glotech again.”
