“1. Having first booked the repair, I was then badgered (phoned very often (6 times)) in order to take the payment for the repair, even though I was going to pay the engineer once the repairs had been completed. 2. The technician arrived on the day of the repair and was in a desperate rush to leave. He promptly diagnosed the problem and informed me what the solution was. 3. We then (together) moved various bits to reconfigure the AEG hob. 4. The right thing to do once repaired would have been to stay and make sure the whole system was working and the fault didn’t reoccur. 5. This didn’t happen. The technician (who was actually a really nice guy), promptly made me pay and then left. 6. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE PROBLEM HASN’T BEEN FIXED 7. I’ve called Glotech and they’re going to send another technician - but that technician isn’t coming for another 8days. That means we’re without a working job for another 8days!”

“Hi booked Glo tech to repair a rangemaster induction hob. Engineer came out and was very nice he gave me a price for the part which was £590.92, which I later found online for £300 however the next day they ring and say the actual cost is more likely to be £2500. Very strange. Won't be using again obviously wish I'd never rang them in the first place. Definitely wouldn't use if you have a rangemaster.”

“Arrived following day calling 20 minutes prior to arrival with a competent engineer who diagnosed washing machine internal leak within minutes and repaired / refitted hose quickly. Completed numerous cycle tests and refitted under worktop. Only downside was not being informed whether arriving am or pm. Will definitely use again but hopefully will never need to.”
