“Dishwasher...Wrong part ordered at first inspection so repair didn’t work.Correct part was expensive so decided to buy new machine.50% of call out fee was deducted from cost of new machine which was fair. New machine delivered and fitted within four days of ordering which was good.All staff pleasant and polite at all times which makes a change.”

“My Job ref. is 956943 and post code SL3 8DD. I would have given a negative star review if I had the option. I had very bad experience. I had a technician visit to us for fixing Miele dishwasher. The wash, dry and end light was flashing simultaneously and the machine was stopping in between the cycle. The glotech technician did nothing, just blow the air from his mouth through hose pipe and said he has cleared the garbage and problem is fixed. We paid fee of £113 and he left. On the next cycle same problem persisted. When I called glotech they said pump and hose pipe need to be replaced which will cost another £150 and one week wait. the technician did not do any diagnose nor did he check anything but just the hose pipe. on what basis he recommended replacing pump and hose pipe? There is no honesty, transparency and i am feeling like cheated. A very very disappointed experience and awful company.”

“The bloke didn't even take a tool out of his bag, look at it touch the sides and that was it, more interested trying to sell me a new one complete waste of time and money. Won't be recommending your services to any third parties”
