“The best service I've ever had from a company from your business sector. Went on line Thursday evening booked an appointment for Friday, engineer turned up on time found the fault and repaired it. The cost was exactly what was stated on line so was very happy, saved me buying new machine.”

“We were very happy with this repair. We were able to pre-order the part and so it was a single visit. Paul's appointment had to be changed because he was running too late for us, but two days later it was all fixed very quickly and cleanly. We have never used Glotech before, and we were a bit sceptical having to pay in advance. However were were very satisfied.”

“It’s a scam. They charged over £100 in advance, then spent 10 minutes here before telling me the part was no longer available so the dishwasher was unrepairable. I spent 5 minutes online, bought the correct part from the manufacturer of the dishwasher(!) and asked Glotech to come and finish the job they’d been paid for. Their response? No, we can’t fit parts that don’t come from our supplier…..!! I suspect they have a “supplier” who has zero parts in stock. Send out a semi-trained person to say the prta aren’t available and bank the £100+. Great business model and easy money from suckers like us. They’ve also stopped replying to emails…. never a great sign. I DON’T recommend Glotech.”

“I booked an appointment on line which was very easy to do. I was able to get a time nd set to suit me. The engineer phoned before he arrived to make sure it was ok as he was a little early. The fault was easy to find as I had inadvertently put the child lock on my machine. Everything was very quick and and very professional. Will certainly use Glotech again.”

“While you wait in the telephone queue, the recorded message raves about the seamless service. The reality is anything but. They farm out repairs to other companies and allow those companies to try to change appointments. Your contract is with Glotech and paid up front, but they don't do anything for it. It's cheaper to go direct to the companies they farm out to and more reliable. After their supplier has tried to change the service appointment, there is no contact from Glotech and nobody turns up for the booked and paid-for appointment, but their system still sends out a "hope you are satisfied" email and an offer to write a review !”

“Very happy with the service. polite engineers who knew what they were doing. Didn't have to wait too long for the return visit with the parts to fix the problem. returning engineer went over and above with the machine cleaning the filter too. Thank you so much up and running again. Initial visit was estimated as 9 am to 5pm would have liked that narrowed down a bit as he arrived after 5pm without any communication, hence I had to do the calling myself. Second visit was better as I had a 12 noon to 5pm estimate of arrival.”
